This boot fit the best of the 3 (!!!!) I ordered hoping to find my dream boot. But the color was blah. Called taupe -- looked kind of olive in certain lights, kind of brownish. Blah. Unfortunately, I already had shoes in the other colors. Nice casual heal height. Grateful for the waterproofing. Still in search of right bootie.

I was hunting my white whale boot this year. It had to be 1) walk-a-mile-comfortable 2) stylish 3) enough tread to handle ice and rain and snow 4) weatherproof/waterproof a plus. The Blondo Villa Waterproof was the 9th pair of shoes I tried after numerous other styles from Sorel (Major Oxford, Addington Strap, Lolla Ankle) , Born (Kerri), Merrell (Shiloh Lace), SoftWalk (Rocklin), Kork-Ease (Velma), Spring Step (Stockholm). I'm happy to say that it was a winner in all four of my categories, by far. I ordered in the Mushroom suede and will definitely be getting it in black as well.

Really nice bootie. I have a narrower foot and it fit well. The insole is a fabric that also keeps your foot from sliding forward into the toes.

Comfortable, fit well, love the color. It is usually very difficult to find something that fits my foot and is still stylish. I found both in this boot. Looks cute with skirt or pants.

Love these booties! Ordered 3 others and these ended up being my favorite. I have wide feet and these surprisingly fit my feet well and were actually comfortable. They have a nice heel height to give me a boost without being too high so I can wear them daily. I also love that these are already waterproofed.

Love these short boots! I don't normally wear any kind of heel but these stylish boots are very comfortable for every day wear. Great with jeans and the fact they are waterproof means I can pull them on in any kind of weather.

These shoes are very comfortable and cute, but the sizing was tricky for me. I first ordered them in my regular size of 7.5 but they felt like I was squeezing my foot into a shoe that was a whole size smaller. The shaft opening was small and the zipper was rubbing against my ankle. I got a size 8 sent to compare, and they were very roomy, like I would expect if I put on a shoe that was larger than my regular size. The shaft was much wider with no rubbing against my ankle. They're a little bigger/looser than I would prefer, but much better than being too small. I needed warm, weatherproof booties so I decided to keep them. I'm not sure why there was such a big difference between a size 7.5 and an 8 though. I have a friend who has the same shoe (different color) in a size 7, and I tried them on to see if I could figure out what was going on with sizing, but they felt more like my size 8. So confused. Most people don't seem to have the problems with sizing that I did so don't let that stop you from getting this bootie. They are very cute and practical and worth the hassle.

LOVE these booties! Especially that they are waterproof and stylish. So comfortable right out of the box. Wore them all over the first day - and never needed my backup boots (best to be prepared). The heel is a great height, they look good with leggings and jeans. The height is just right - a bootie, not a shoe. I bought the mushroom suede and the color and texture dresses them up a little if that's what you're looking for. Only time will tell if I need another color in my wardrobe.

I have some moderate foot issues - bunion on one foot and slightly fallen arch on the other - and I've been looking for a pair of comfortable, stylish booties for quite a while. These boots are both. The fact that they are waterproof is an extra bonus. I found them very comfortable right out of the box and they have gotten better over time. I've worn them for a month now with both thin and thick socks and my feet don't feel cramped at all. I'm especially mindful of the toe box since I play tennis and tend to get "runner's toe." My toes were not crowded in any way. The moderate, stacked heal is just tall enough to make walking in them easy on my back. Very comfortable whether I wear them for a few hours or all day. Love them!

I'll admit, I was a little late to the bootie trend, and wasn't sure about paying this much for a pair! I'm glad I pulled the trigger on these, not only are they very cute, they're very well made and comfortable right of the box! I found my normal size 7 1/2 fit perfectly.

These booties are fantastic! Super comfortable right out of the box and throughout the 9+ hours of wear. Oh, and they are seriously waterproof! Rain just beads up and rolls off, while the suede stays soft. Sizing is true with no heel slipping for my narrow foot. Very happy with my purchase!

This was a nice-looking boot, but it felt uncomfortable around my ankle and lower leg.

I needed a cute pair of stylish waterproof boots for my trip to Portland and London. I bought the black suede because the thought of suede boots being waterproof piqued my interest. I am a size nine with medium arches and average width. Sometimes I have to go up half a size but these shoes are comparable to my Lucky brand ankle boots and a nine fits perfectly with REGULAR socks. I took them to Portland to break them in since the forecast called for a rainy weekend. These boots are awesome for rain and the quality of the suede did not change. Walking all day and night made my feet uncomfortable (no surprise) and I had some issues with the arches but didn't form any blisters. Good for all day if performing routine activities such as shopping or for work. I am still taking these boots with me to London this Christmas for the nightlife.

Super comfortable! These shoes look stylish but it feels like you are wearing sneakers. Fabric is very soft feeling from the inside and not stiff which makes a huge difference because you ever have to break them in.

This is a very attractive boot and the Mushroom color is indeed the perfect neutral that would go with just about anything. Unfortunately I found it somewhat difficult to get my feet into & it felt too confining. Mind you, I have low arches and a wide forefoot. It's very difficult for me to find stylish boots that are comfortable for any length of time. Guess I'll have to stick with Uggs.

I really wanted to like this bootie -- the heel is a great height, the dark grey suede is versatile, and I love the fact that it's waterproof. But alas, the toe box is too snug and the insole is too hard for the ball of my foot (not removable). The toe looks/feels pointier in person than in the pics and I don't have particularly wide feet. The search continues.

I wore these to work for the first time yesterday. Very comfortable, very nice. I'm curious to see how rain affects the black suede. I'm trying to think of a reason to buy a second pair!

Gorgeous, quality boot. If you have anything approaching an arch you will not be able to put this boot on. Too bad. Great looking and quality.

I was so excited when I saw that these were waterproof...booties I don't have to worry about getting wet?! Score! I didn't realize how insulated they were until I received them though. I live in Hawaii and these are meant for a much colder place. I've been looking for an ankle boot that I can wear with jeans and dresses to work, around town, and comfortable enough to bring on a trip. I think these would be comfortable for walking around. The bottoms have more traction than a typical ankle boot which is nice. The heel size is perfect. I ordered the taupe nubuck in a size 8. The color and feel is lovely. The boots fit true to size. I have very narrow feet with high arches and I did have to exert a bit of effort to fit my arch into the shoe, but I'm sure they would have stretched with wear. One thing I didn't like about the shoe was the seams around the opening to the shoe rubbed my ankle bone. This may soften with wear, but I think it would definitely hurt at first. If the boots came up just a little bit higher this probably would be a problem. Unfortunately mailing these back. The search for the perfect bootie continues!

I love these boots so much and cannot recommend them enough! And they're actually wide enough for my wide feet and bunion :)
