I have the exact same boot in black that I purchased in a size 8 two years ago. I love them and wanted a nice dark gray pair so purchased in a size 8, well they feel so much bigger almost an 8.5. I even tried on my current black pair for reference. There was just to much slipping in the boot even with a good heavier sock, so sadly I had to return. I do love Blondo and the fact they make stylish boots that are waterproof

I couldn't even get my foot into this. Bought two pairs of shoes the same size and width; one was perfect, this one I couldn't even get my foot into. WAY smaller than the size indicates.

I love that these come in wide sizes. Exactly what I needed. The only reason these were returned was because I had a 8W, and needed a 7.5W (out of stock). The black leather was nice - had a bit of a weathered look already - and I love that these are waterproof. These are attractive enough shoes, but were missing a little pizazz (okay, two reasons I returned them).

Very cute with ankle pants. The toe box is wide enough to be very comfortable and the heel is the perfect height. The fact that they are weather proof is a bonus but they don’t look like rain boots, they look fashionable.

It is hilariously inaccurate to call these shoes "wide." I own other pairs of shoes in this brand in an 8 W that fit well, but in this style I couldn't even get the 8.5 W on my foot. I'm disappointed, because they look cute and seem as if they'd be very comfortable.

The shoe looks very nice and was comfortable for the first few hours. After that it started to hurt in the toe pad area. They are larger than typical.

I really wanted to love these boots, because I've had other Blondo boots for years and they fit well. I agree with other reviews that they are very roomy - I am a 7 1/2 or 8 (never smaller) and ordered a 7 1/2 based on other reviews. Even that size felt loose and too long. I also felt that top of the bootie, in the front and on the inside ankle edge, was cut too high for me and would dig into may ankle. Nice looking but just didn't work for me.

These boots are super cute and fit true to size. Even though I haven’t worn much cause it’s still so warm, they feel like they will be comfortable all day long. The heel is a great size. Not too high but still look very stylish.

At first I wasn’t sure I liked them. I wore them today and have decided they will do!

I love these booties. These are very stylish and are comfortable. I wear a 9 narrow. I have insert for all my boots. I assume if your foot is not narrow, you won't need inserts to take up the excess room. The inserts also give you a tab more support. I will wear socks so they don't rub against my ankle. I plan to wear them a lot this Fall. I couldn't be happier with the purchase.

By far my favorite pair of boots I’ve ever purchased, and I own many pairs. I need to preface what is an otherwise glowing review with one but HUGE problem: I had to throw them away after just 4 months because the heel came apart. I was so disappointed and because of this I’m on the fence about repurchasing this brand. I didn’t contact the company because i didn’t buy directly from them and I can’t really fault Zappos because they didn’t make the product and their service is always top notch. Back to the shoes: i originally bought them as something stylish to wear when it rains but i was so pleasantly surprised that they became my go-to. The heel is so comfortable to walk in, I was shocked. I have a lengthy walk on my commute and I never had to give my feet/shoes another thought after putting them on. They are so flattering, giving an important boost in length to my legs. I have a high instep which is usually a problem with boots but it wasn’t an issue with the Blondo Villa. Sadly, I had to take off a star due to the poor durability. What a shame, because I otherwise adore them!!

I ordered these in wide, but they felt more like a medium width to me. Odd, since another model of Blondos I ordered in wide did feel like wide.

These are lovely boots but run very small. My daughter wears a size 8 in almost all shoes and boots, and we had to return the 8.5 because it was not long enough (toes literally squished at the tip) and ordered the 9. They are beautiful and comfortable.

This is a beautiful bootie and I wish it ran just a bit wider. Unfortunately it doesn't so it has to go back. I would have loved having a waterproof bootie that was this fashion-forward!!

The wide fitting is great for a size D foot. I find it really hard to buy wide fitting shoes that aren't something my grandmother would have worn. these are absolutely great - my twenty-something daughters gave them two thumbs up and amazingly I found. them so comfortable -- definitely go-to boots and will order another pair for the winter season.

These shoes are better than I expected. The fit and color are perfect - what I was needing in a brown bootie. They work great dressed up or casual. I can wear them all day if not walking a ton although they are comfy to walk short distances in.

I have been in search of boots like these for a long time. The low heel is great for actually walking. I wear a 7W and the 7W fit just how I wanted. This is a big deal to me because I usually have to buy a 7.5M and it never fits right. Sometimes wide isn't even wide. This one is perfect. The boot is very simple and plain, so it doesn't clash with anything and it can be dressed up or down. It's not too cowgirl, too glamorous, too combat or too posh. It's the perfect neutral boot without being boring. It makes me want a few colors. There are only two things I might not absolutely love. The first is that the edge comes just above the bottom of the ankle bone. I have some sensitivity and a screw in there from a surgery years ago. It may or may not be an issue and I don't want to walk in them much in case I decide to return them. This is unique to me and not a problem for others as my other ankle is not bothered by the shaft height. I am going to try the valli boot before I decide to keep or return. The second thing is that the toe is just slightly pointed, like an almond toe. I wish women's shoes in general had a rounder toe in the pretty styles and not just the outdoor ones. Not a big deal though.

These boots are going to Scotland! They will go with jeans, leggings and skirts equally. Hubby loves them, says they make my size 9 feet look much smaller. Thanks, Zappos!

Perfect I added insoles just to be on the safe side. Bought these for my son’s Mountain wedding. Living in Colorado I will get a lot of use out of these. They are beautiful and functional. I ordered an 8 1/2 when I usually wear between an eight and an 8 1/2. I plan on wearing socks for everyday wear since it’s so cold and snowy here.

These short booties are extremely comfortable, look great and I wear them often.

Excellent little shoes. They don't look like they'd be waterproof by the style and fabric (suede!) but they are. They're great for a rainy city.

Nice arch support and padding. They run about 1/2 size small.

I needed waterproof boots for a trip and returned others before settling on these. They are very comfortable and will serve their purpose. I got the mushroom color which is neutral but a little more brown than grey. They are a bit bland but I like them enough to keep them.
