Wore 4in heels to my fiances company party and didn't have any pain after not wearing heels for quite some time! I usually have to sit down or take off my shoes a few hours in while wearing heels but that didn't happen when i wore these. They stayed put and didn't move at all, i love them. I don't really wear heels but my sister does so I gave them to her and she fell in love with them. The front of her heels is were her feet hurt the most, these are a life saver and I highly recommend, you get these if you have the same problem.

I put these in my heeled work shoes that I wear all the time and walk around on quite a bit. I always have pain in the balls of my feet by the end of the work day but these have really helped that! I put these in my flats because I don't wear high heels. At first I didn't like them because they were very uncomfortable, but after walking around for a few minutes they didn't bug me at all. They are super sticky and they don't move! They definitely do the job!

I inserted these into a brand new pair of flats i bought to wear for an interview, i used them today and they felt like a different pair of shoes!
