Yes they are pricey. If you get the ones that work for you they are awesum. My complaint is that you cant always get the color way you want. They force you into buying their color choices to get the volume discount. Just let people buy what they want! Also, bring back the Back Sheep woolies. They were great!

I bought several pairs of Saxx and they are soft and comfortable. However, one pair by the end of the day have become stretched out and baggy looking like my 7 yr old pairs of Saxx.

I bought these for him and he started jumping around the bedroom wearing them and shouting Its like a bra for my balls! Now he wants like 50 more pairs.

Fit great and I love the material

Interestingly some Ultras fit tighter than others. Maybe Elastene.

Something about this fabric makes these boxers larger than the daytripper ones, which are less comfortable but are more stable. For a size 42-ish waist, they're actually a bit big for me. They're comfy, but even if I got the right size, my thighs chafe a lot, and I'd worry that they'd ride up.
