I rarely do reviews but I love these shoes. They are very comfortable right out of the box no breaking in needed. I have heavy legs and thick ankles that tend to swell a little so I really didn't think these would work for me but they are great. Do not rub and are not at all tight at the ankle. Very stylish and extremely comfortable. Well worth the price

Very soft, could probably wear these with no socks! Good height for work. Soft leather. Not enough arch support for me for the price, though.

This boot has no discernible arch support, and normally that would make my feet pronate and go wobbly, but these feel very stable for some reason. I assume the elastic on both sides is to make the opening snug around your foot, but I'm slender and there's some extra room there. Not a deal breaker. Still a very pretty boot. I had to go down a half size in these.

I ordered 6 different styles of ankle boot to try and these are hands down, the winner. Comfortable, stylish and well made. I wear them with jeans or dress pants which is great because they are good for work and play. I had never tried this brand before and I'm very pleased.

Great boot, comfortable, sleek design, construction, and profile. Not a clunky look, but outsole very strong and rather rugged to keep from slipping. Soft beautiful leather, side panels make for easy on, easy off. Cozy with warm socks. Think these will hold toe shape and not turn up on an ungainly way.

Tried a few pairs of this style, and the Romika was by far the most comfortable. The top of the Bootie does not rub on the ankle, and the boot did not bend across the top of the toes like a lot of shoes do. Boot socks work well with this style.

These shoes fit perfectly. They are as lightweight and as comfortable as my favorite brand of tennis shoes, Puma. They can be slid on and off with ease thanks to the elastic panel on the inner side of the shoes. The leather is smooth and soft; the rubber sole has more than enough traction. I would definitely buy these again. I predict that they will become my new favorite shoes. :)

These are very comfortable and stylish. I was a little worried about the sizing because I wear a 6 1/2 but the 37 was perfect.

I like the shoe especially because I can get it on. I have a high instep and have tried many shoes before finding one that t can get on.

Like another reviewer wrote, the boot was larger than the typical size 40. I read the review before ordering, but ignored it because I have multiple Romika shoes in size 40 and they fit like a glove. Wish I had paid attention to the review. Other than the size, the shoes/boots are really classy.

This boot runs large and wide. Also, the heel is a wide fit. I would recommend ordering a size down. the leather is soft, style is good, and overall a nice shoe. there is no zipper but the elastic gusset on each side allow for ease in putting on and taking off.

I own another pair of Romika shoes, also size 6. A lot of other shoes I wear a 6.5. The length and width were fine - I have a wide foot with a narrow heel. I really liked the way they looked, and the soft insole. However, there is no arch support whatsoever and the insole is not removable. Wearing them indoors on carpet for a couple of hours, my feet felt really blah and tired so I could not keep them as I need something I can do a lot of walking and standing and feel supported. I am disappointed because the other pair of Romikas I own are sandals and they have much better support in the footbed.

When I put these on and tried to walk, the angle of the sole caused my foot to tilt forward. Also, there is no grip at all on the bottom of the shoe, so it could be slippery depending on where you're walking.
