I love these. Soft leather inside and out, comfortable to walk and stand in. I typically wear a 10.5 in closed toe shoes, with my 2nd toe being a tiny bit longer than my big toe. I have thinner to normal ankles, narrow heels, and narrow feet with a low instep, so I tend to slide forward in anything with a heel & jam my 2nd toe. Not in these. A 10 fits perfectly with medium weight socks and a half-length orthaheel arch support, which I did need because I felt there was a gap between my arch and the insole causing instability when my arch would collapse. Adding the arch support made all the difference for me and these now fit snugly around my instep to provide stability so my ankles don’t roll, and heel doesn’t slip, and foot doesn’t slide forward. I will buy a second pair of these for backup, as it’s hard for me to find comfortable boots that both fit well and are good quality without fussy details. These fit the bill for me and look sleek with skinny pants or wider pants, too.

I ordered the waterproof suede boots in my normal size 8. I wear 7.5 in flats and 8 in boots and sneakers. The 8's were perfect. I ordered these because all of the reviews mention they're narrow and seem to fit others who have issues with other boots slipping as I have experienced with narrow feet and heels. I have to say, my left foot had a perfect fit! Not sure what's up with the right or whether it's a discrepancy with my foot, but the right foot slipped. I did end up buying arch support inserts which solved that problem. I also found that without the inserts, these hurt my arches. As far as waterproof, I got a drop of water on one when pouring tea and it stained, so I don't think these are waterproof. I'm not sure why it says they are.

Comfortable right from the start and true to size! For those of us who have petite feet and ankles, these are perfect. I'm tired of returning boots that are extremely chunky and way too big around the ankle. Where do you put your pants? Zappos provides circumfrence measurement around the ankle for boots now which is very helpful. These are really slimmers and winners.

I am happy with these. I have freakishly thin ankles, and these look svelte and not clunky on my legs. A tiny bit loose in the heel, again because of my narrow feet, but are otherwise comfortable.

I bought a pair of these exact boots in black in a store a year ago - and LOVE them! They make my size 11.5 look not so so big. They're narrow, but I have a narrow heel, so that works. And they run a bit long, so they actually fit me and I can wear almost all day. I bought the brown suede and really don't care for the color - sort of a grayish greenish - so I'm returning them.

These have a nice sleek look and would work with either skinny or regular pants. The leather is nice and soft and looks better in person than the photos. If you have a high instep, they may not work for you. I hoped I'd be able to keep and stretch them, but after wearing them in the house just a few minutes I realized the top was way too snug. A larger size wouldn't help, since then they'd be too long. With the fairly narrow wedge heel, these are not the most stable shoes; I suspect that they wouldn't be a good choice for a lot of walking. I wear a 7.5 B and didn't think the sizing was off - just didn't work for me.

Finally, a boot that fits my narrow feet and skinny ankles! I'm a solid 10N, but I'm glad I ordered a 9.5 in this shoe. Usually boots swallow up my skinny legs, but this left enough room but not too much. Super comfortable, too.

I just loved this boot and tried it in my normal size which was too big, then ordered it a half size smaller which was a bit too tight in the toe. I have a neuroma so any pressure in the toe area triggers pain. Thanks to Zappos, I was able to try 3 different versions of the boot, but disappointedly, no luck.

I ordered three pairs of Flexx shoes because I wanted to try the brand. These were my favorite. They had they roomiest toe box, easy to get on and look cute. Unfortunately, these shoes (and all 3 pairs) felt like there was no support in the sole. Definitely no arch support so I couldn't see myself wearing them all day.

So cute and comfy, love them. They look great on. Good with jeans, leggings. Love that they’re all black. Have had good luck with this brand. Easy to pull on and off. Like the slight heel and rubber sole. Functional and flattering - tough to find in a bootie. Very versatile

I love these boots. I bought a pair several years ago and I’m on my feet all day for work and these are my go to for comfort. I’ve worn them on multiple European vacations, walking 10-15 miles a day and they are still comfortable and look great. I just bought a 2nd pair for when my first ones bite the dust someday.

This boot is so comfortable. I wished that it came in a brown leather, rather than the brown suede. I worn them when I'm on my feet for 10 hrs a day, and they're still so comfortable! ! The style is cute, looks good with cropped pants, legging , dress slacks as well as with a skirt with matching tights!

The fit is cozy. Definitely better for a narrower foot and thin ankles. Comfortable yet sophisticated with a good flexible sole. The leather is buttery and breaks right in within the first time worn.

Comfortable from the start! Wore them to work, standing up, for 8 hours straight, outside. Kept my feet warm, but not overheated! I would recommend these to anyone. Also, I have received several compliments! I’m wearing them on my trip to Italy this winter.

Great fit, true to size and very comfortable. I have thin feet and very thin ankles and have a hard time finding booties that aren't huge around my ankles. These are narrow at the top so are good for people with thin ankles. Also very comfortable and could walk in them all day.

I love this boot, especially because of the thin ankle design which can be worn under skinny jeans without a bulge. My normal size is 8.5 but I had to order the 8 because the 8.5 felt too large

Stylish, comfy and perfect wedge height.

These have become my go-to boot. Comfy, stylish. Pretty much go with anything.

Look great but do not fit. Have to return. Too long and narrow-usually wear 8.5M had to order 9M which do not fit. There are no 8.5M in stock to see if they fit better. They don't come in W for comparison. In this style I think I would wear 8.5W--even though I never needed a W in any shoe or boot. Can't judge comfort since can't wear. Their sizing seems inconsitent--dependent on style.

Love these booties. They were comfortable from the first wearing. Did the Women's March in them and they were great.
