Great shoe! Very elegant, love the design, and the quality is amazing. Doesn't compare to other shoes. From the boxing and care of the shoe shoes the company prides themselves on quality.

I had ordered this shoe as well as the.Fifth Avenue cap toe in wide sizes when I bought them. However, the last used for the monk strap is much more comfortable than the Fifth Avenue. This really provided the width when you ordered "wide."

Just got these. Perfect fit right out of the box. I'm a 10 B and other shoe companies are always too wide.

Quality they can't be beat. I've always wanted a monk strap shoe, when I saw Allen Edmonds monk strap I could not resist buying it I have never been disappointed in your product. They look good feel good, and are made of excellent material and quality. I own 11 pair of your shoes and I'll be buying more.

I've had my pair for about 2 years now and they've served me well. They fit me perfectly and are fairly comfortable to wear. They've garnered me several compliments when I wear them.

I'd buy more.. if you had them in stock!

Been loving mine since 2019!!! Originally my wedding shoes and now in my regular rotation. They take an amazing shine. Hopefully monk strap stay in fashion for a little while....

Great fit out of the box. Even color and solid build. I am very pleased. I also bought the same style in black. It was similarly satisfying. I used to buy only Johnston and Murphy shoes, but their quality dove when they shipped construction overseas. I only own Allen Edmonds shoes now.

Shoes look great and fit well! If you already have wingtips, these are a great alternative, while still looking formal.

One of my favorite pair of AE's. These are high quality with good leather and a sleek, sharp appearance. I usually wear an 8.5D in most AE's but had to go to a 9D in these due to the fit, especially on the heel. However, the 1/2 size larger fits nicely. I love double monks and these fit the bill. Very happy with these.

It took me three shipments to finally get a satisfied pair. There are size issue, also quality issues. The two paires I rejected are having uneven color and slightly wrinkled leather. I have to increase half of my normal size because of lower instep. Overall the AE design/make is not disappointing.

Had to reorder a half size up to accommodate the extra 3/16" of width for a "4E" Still looks great. It's not a daily shoe, so I'll live. Would be cool if AE did custom shoes.

I love this shoe. It is well designed and comfortable. However, I was deeply disappointed to see some flaws in the shoe that I don't think should be there for the money. It seemed like a second with a couple of quality issues.

Nice shoes, just a little heavy. If these were a little lighter they'd be perfect..

So this is my 3rd pair of Allen Edmonds. Fit is amazing I have so little quality EEE choices. The look is clean and well made. But the quality at end is lacking. I had several issues with each shoe iv ordered. I highly recommend going to a outlet store if possible to see your purchase before you buy. However they do quality control it needs to be revisited.

I just purchased this shoe in Chili and the color is not even close to what is shown on the website. It is much closer to tan, than brown. I may have to return them and go with a different brand.

Great design , poor execution overall quality finish of the product is not per the expectations

While I love the look of the shoe, I find it to be extremely uncomfortable and ill fitting, despite being constructed on what is essentially the same last of another shoe which fits me very well (the Liverpool). I can't wear the shoe for more than five minutes without experiencing back pain. If you can find a pair that fits you well, the shoe looks great!

AE is borderline incapable of quality control. Always return products if you aren't 100% satisfied, as they can't guarantee a good pair. Keep churning until you get a good pair. A good pair is always awesome. But be prepared to wade through garbage.

I purchased a pair of these shoes and when they arrived they were already badly creased, scuffed, and had multiple manufacturing imperfections (lose string and poorly cut edges on the straps). I exchanged them for this reason and when the new pair arrived they were similarly badly scuffed all over (not irreparable or manufacturing defects like the first pair, but would require a thorough polishing before wearing the first time). The shoe itself may be excellent, but this is not the way a product, much less two consecutively, should arrive to a customer.

Every time I wear these I get compliments, have Flores see down for a date with my wife, have dressed up with suits for interviews
