I ordered two pairs of LifeStride shoes in an 8.5. The Sevyn’s were too small. Same size, different type of shoe. That inconsistency with the brand is why I rated them lower. Buying shoes with the same brand shouldn’t have to be a crapshoot! That being said, Zappos has an amazing return policy. But for Sevyn’s. Order a half size up.

The toe box was really squished. I have super narrow feet and still I had to return them. They're so cute and normally Lifestride comes through for me on heels for work, but in this case they did not.

This is a decent and modest-looking shoe, well suited for work. Not fancy at all. My only issue is the left shoe is a little tight (on top of the foot). I am hoping the leather will give slightly.

The shoes were long on my feet. I had a gap of 2 fingers in the heels. On top of that, I didn't care for the look of the shoes.

Very cute shoes. Love the color. Wasn’t able to be comfortable in them after one day. Half size too big.

I've had this same style and size before, and this one ran wider than past sizes. I'll be returning.

Very narrow and tight toe box - I ordered the wide fitting but still could barely get my toes in there. Back they go!

I could tell from the picture online that there were not going to be the cow hair shoes I wanted, but was secretly hoping they would look great anyway. As usual for LifeStride, the comfort was great! But the pattern was dull and disappointing, so I will be returning them. I wish LifeStride would make a better version of this print, I would pay more for a better quality design!

I had high hopes for these shoes. Unfortunately, like many before them, although they were marked 'narrow' they weren't narrow enough. As I was standing in them, they felt comfortable. However, when I went to walk in them my heel began to slip and for that reason I had to return them. My quest to find a narrow pump continues.

These are beautiful shoes; however, I ordered my usual size, an 8M, and was surprised to find they're very tight, especially around the toes. If you have bunions, these shoes would be a terrible choice! They also are uncomfortable overall. I read reviews before ordering these, and so many say the shoes are comfortable, yet cushioning is minimal, and there's lots of pressure on the ball of my foot in particular. I added shoe pads. Unfortunately, those have made the shoes even tighter. I'd return these if I didn't need them for an event in a few days. I'm really hoping they'll stretch. Bottom line: I can't recommend them, but if you do buy, order pads and go at least one half size up. Also maybe choose a W even if you don't have wide feet.

I ordered these shoes in light blue. The color and microsuede uppers are perfect for the dress I was trying to match. The sizing is about 1/2 size larger than the fit of most shoes, but my feet do tend to swell, so this is not an issue. However, I have a slightly high arch, and these shoes give no arch support. Also, I purchased C wide, and possibly because of the pointed toe style, the shoes hit me in the bunion and are uncomfortable. All they may need is to be stretched a bit either by wearing them around the house for awhile or by having them stretched at a shoe store. Again, the shoes are beautiful and exactly what I was looking for, but if you have these same fit problems with shoes, you may find them uncomfortable if on your feet for work or an evening out.

I ordered 4 pairs of LifeStride shoes all size 8.5 wide. The Sevyn style is definitely not wide. I was really disappointed that this pair was not truly a wide fit as my other 3 pairs are.

Pretty shoes, but pinched under my ankles and weren’t very comfortable for me.

I am pretty much a true size 9 medium and the first time I put them on they were pretty tight. Haven't worn them out yet and I'm presuming they will stretch out a bit and be more comfortable. But the initial Tryon was definitely giving me a very tight uncomfortable fit.

They were true to size and they’re the exact style I was looking for. I have been looking for a comfortable heel and I don’t normally wear heels. I couldn’t wear them for 5 minutes around my house. There is no cushion and they hurt! Had to return.

Although I ordered an 11W, they were much too narrow in the toe.

These looked great but the toe box was really off-- squeezed and pinched my toes. So I'm returning.

These shoes are darling, but I have had to return them twice due to the size being very small. I am typically a 7.5, and have gotten 7.5 in other shoes from the same company, but these are MUCH narrower and tighter. I will now be trying an 8.5, as the 8's were also too tight.

The cushion inside the shoes is nice in all places except the ball of my foot. It felt rather hard and I could tell it would kill my feet to walk in these shoes. They look cute but I'm sending them back.

I was looking for a comfortable black heel and this wasn't it. Though it fit well in the toe box, the vamp cut right across a small bunion I have on one foot, making it painful to wear. I wasn't overly impressed with the padding either. I ended up buying a pair of Sofft Presley which are super cushy.
