Very comfortable shoe - This shoe fits superbly, and feels more like you are wearing a sock rather than a shoe. I would not recommend this shoe for any type of running, due to its lack of support. t.

Love the Shoe! These shoes are fashionable, comfortable, and durable! When I first tried them on I knew they would be my new favorite sneaker! I was also surprised that the shoe has a nice arch support! I have flat feet and most sneakers that I like never have an arch. You can't go wrong with this shoe if you are looking for great quality and style!

I already owned a pair of these in another color, but went ahead and ordered the black/white combo because they would match more easily. The materials used were a little different but the shoe still feels the same and is easily one of the most comfortable shoes I've worn. I'm seriously contemplating just buying up as many of these as I can in different colors.

Most comfort I've ever had on my feet - I'm a pretty big shoe guy. I'm a fan of the flat, yet conformed soccer or running style shoes. These left me wanting for nothing! Comfortable, breathable, and light. They don't tire out your feet. I've hardly worn anything else since these were delivered!

Coolest Sneaks! I adore this sneakers! They are sooo light and comfy and totally fashionable! I wore them to Disneyland and walked in them for over 10 hours - no prob. I usually wear an 8.5, but from other people's recommendation, I bought an 8 and they are perfect. They go w/everything and anything, and I would definitely buy more of them again.

So cute! Runs large... I love this shoe, but I needed to order a whole size smaller than normal, it wasn’t a problem though... with Zappos’ easy returns I had the right size within the week (and that was going thru exchanging 2x). I wouldn't say I would workout or play sports for a long time in these, but for kickin around the city, they are perfect.

One disappointing thing - I ordered the gold and silver snakeskin pattern and unfortunately the laces were a glittery silver that made the shoes look very girly. I changed the laces to a nice black and they look much cooler. The shoes also feel slightly weird in the middle of the foot due to the bottoms coming to a semi-point and slightly sticking up into the foot. Despite that, the shoes look very cool and are, overall, very comfortable. Very good purchase, especially for the price.

The perfect basic sneaker. If you are looking for a comfortable, stylish, lightweight and affordable everyday sneaker, the Ultimate 81s are the best. They are by no means a technical shoe by today's standards, but for something casual with a touch of active style, you can do no better. These really are the most comfortable casual shoes I've ever worn. You can lace them loosely and tie them and slip them on and off. Plus, they're relatively cheap. Deciding to get a new pair from time to time is made easier by the price. I have owned probably 5-6 pairs over the last 4-5 years, and I keep coming back.

Limited use shoe, but great for the price - I bought this for comfort, around the house or driving. I have a foot that needs a lot of support. I would not recommend this shoe if you have a low or no arch, require orthotics, or have foot problems, unless you limit where you go with it, like I do. However, for its limited intended use (for this price, don't expect to run or walk extensively in it), it looks and feels fantastic. I had a pair of Tigers back in the late 70's, they were red, and so this is a bit of nostalgia for me. I ran in different shoes back then, as I do now. I have a low arch and normally require a shoe that is fairly supportive. These are not that type of shoe. But for driving or walking short distances they are extremely comfortable. If you have a good arch this shoe probably would be fine for whatever you want other than regular training, but again, if you run far, the bottom of this shoe has a thin cushion and you may pay a price on hard surfaces. Good for some cardio use at the gym (not a tread mill, IMO).

Tiger beat! These are as comfortable as they are stylish and a great bargain. They feel supportive, they stand up under Manhattan conditions, and I'll buy another pair... or several more. Great choice of colors, too.

So far, so good - So far, I am very pleased with this shoe. The snow has just melted away, so I have only worn them out a few times, but they feel great. I am normally a 7 1/2, 8...and I am glad I went with 8. They are a light sneaker, but well made. Perfect for running errands, not for heavy athletic walking. Very happy, each time I have worn them, I have received comments on the color, so if you are not comfortable drawing attention to your feet...probably not for you.

Tiger - Interesting shoe in that there really is not much cushion. This was once a running shoe. It is comfortable for hanging out. There is arch support too. I'll buy more.

Ultimate 81's are Awesome! I love these shoes! I got them in the green black white yellow and red (rasta) colorway. I love the color/style and the fit. They are really light on your feet. I would definitely buy them again.

Great versatile sneaker - I absolutely love these Asics. I got the black pair, as I have been searching for a pair or black-ish casual sneakers forever. I have been very picky and hadn't found anything I liked until I saw these. They go great with jeans, but they also look good "dressed up" with black or grey cords/slacks. Great price and you can't beat the shipping from Zappos.

Loves it! Bought this for my boyfriend who absolutely loves them and wears them on his off days from work. Finds them very comfortable and even commented on how they fashioned it to how old running shoes were made back in the 80s. He has high arches and finds that they fully support them.

Awesome - These shoes are so awesome. I bought my first pair about a year and a half ago. I wore them just to work out and run in for a while. Then, put them into everyday use. Always get compliments on them. They look great. I'm usually kin of plain, when it comes to fashion. Never really bought any shoes that look like this before. I always got grey (drab) shoes. Now, I'm about to buy two more pairs of Tigers! I highly recommend these!... Only gripe has to do with the floors at work. I walk on bare concrete all day, so any shoe would become uncomfortable eventually. I don't really blame the tigers at all!

Great Purchase! Not only are these shoes super comfortable, I'm getting tons of compliments because they don't look run of the mill. I'll buy another pair of Onitsuka Tiger's without hesitation... and props of Zappos for such a great ordering experience.

Stylish shoes - These shoes are awesome. They are lightweight, stylish, comfortable, and lasts a long time!! I just replaced my old ones that I had for 4-5 years because they just started to get holes in them and I wore them almost every day. For those that need more support, these might not be the best for you or you could get the gels you can put in your shoes to add support. Overall I love these shoes and will keep on buying them. Plus I always get compliments on them.

Great Shoe! Very comfortable, stylish and can wear with just about anything. Did not like the fact though that because I had to return the 1st pair for being 1/2 size bigger than I needed, Zappos automatically checked the box "store credit" vice return for refund which was what I wanted and expected to get.

Pretty good shoe - Although the size was a little larger than marked compared to my puma's they still fit fine and feel very nice. I can't wait until the day I get to throw them at a head of state.

Sleek but comfortable - I've had a few sleek track shoes in the past, but they usually don't have enough cushion in them to actually run in them. Not so with these. Hip enough to wear to a client meeting, squishy enough to ease on the treadmill. I just bought another pair.

I get a lot of compliments - They are very comfortable. Be sure to order a half size larger than you would normally wear.

Stylish and Comfortable - This shoe is super cute and comfortable. It did hurt the back of my heel at first, but after wearing them a few times; it doesn't hurt that area anymore.

Great Shoe for Crossfit - This is the second pair of Tigers I have purchased in the last 3 weeks. I liked the first pair so much, that I bought another pair to rotate. Although most people probably use this shoe for walking or for casual wear, I use them for Crossfit workouts. The flat sole, even though the heel is slightly raised, has been good for deads and squats, as well as kettlebells and sandbags. For sprints and plyometrics, they have been good as well. They are lightweight and have decent arch support. The cut around the toe is perfect for me. They broke in easily and I've had no problems at all. Before these shoes, I wore Adidas Sambas for Crossfit. Although a very tough shoe and lasted forever, they are not nearly as comfortable as the Tigers. If you are only doing kettlebells, squats and deads, the Sambas are better. But if you are mixing it up with other things, the Asics are perfect, IMHO. I wear a size 10 in the Sambas and the size 9 1/2 in the Tigers were perfect. I had to exchange the 10s I had originally ordered and Zappos exchanged them with no problem. I don't expect them to last as long as the Sambas, but I really don't care. As long as Asics keeps making them, I will keep buying this shoe.
