I've been wearing Ultimate 81s for years now. They are super comfortable, light, and I love all the different colors. I've never had a problem with them until this last order. It seems I had always managed to get a pair that had a fabric heel (the light gray/orange ones have them if you use the magnifying tool), but this time I got the Midnight Blue/White pair and it's a leather or leather-like heel. It rubs just a bit weird on me, although it has gotten a bit better over the last few weeks. Anyways, my next pair I will be looking for another fabric heeled pair, but other than that it is still a great shoe.

This style has evolved to a good place. I've been wearing Tigers for 12 years and these are the most stylish and comfortable pair yet. I hope they continue to make them just like this for a long time.

I love this shoe. I wear them to work most every day. They clean up easily and are super cute.

Wide! Comfortable...stylish...quality. I have pretty freakishly wide feet, so my real shoe size is Men's 12 4E. The problem with that is there's mostly dorky shoes available in that size, so I have to look for regular width shoes that are wider than marked. I cannot say that the are as wide as I'd ideally like for my feet, but they are wide enough, and they do indeed look cool. They are wider than the 2E New Balance (which simply don't fit me), and wider than the Saucony Jazz. My feet bulge out the side a little, but not badly. Outside of the sizing, the quality of these is also better than the NB and Saucony equivalents. I've been wearing my pair regularly for about 6 months and they are still really comfortable and the tread is still in good shape. I will order these again.

Bought for my husband...he is so picky and he has worn them almost every day since he got them. They have a nice slimming effect on the feet and just plain look cool. True to size.

I really love the style of these shoes! I'm not the type to jump on the next hipster trend so having worn sneakers like these when they were new to the scene more than 25 years ago qualifies my opinion! It's a flat sole but not as unsupportive feeling as some of the Puma sneakers so I wouldn't recommend them for long walks or 'serious stomping'. If you enjoy a light shoe/sneaker feel with retro style that's easy on the budget, consider the Onitsuka line by Asics.

Very nice fit. I was recommended by my co-workers to give these shoes a try and so far there has not been any problems with them :) money well spent.

Ultimate 81s are my favorite shoe: they're stylish, comfortable from the start, lightweight, and overall they fit and wear very well. My most recent pair rubbed a little on the heel, the color is black/gray/yellow toe, but I think it's just a bad batch because I've purchased maybe 10 pairs of these shoes before and never had an issue.

These shoes are awesome. I absolutely love them. If you're a woman, you may want to make sure you're getting the right size, they are unisex so the width to length ratio isn't quite what normal women's shoes are. I had to go a half size smaller than I ever do (but I also have funny feet). The overnight shipping for the exchange/store credit was awesome! I got them just in time for a long trip! They've worn pretty well so far, no complaints on the quality, plus you get the extra yellow laces if you want them to pop! Ah, one note, the top of the heel does rub a bit!

I just got these awesome shoes in the mail in the grey/navy color! This shoe is awesome, and looks even better than pictured. If you have a wider/flatter foot, you might want to size up a half size, because this is a narrower shoe. I wear a 7.5, and got an 8 and it fits great with some extra wiggle room so your toes don't get smushed in the corners! I can't wait to wear to wear these around my college campus this fall!

I bought these shoes for my husband. He loves them and says they are very comfortable and great walking shoes.

My son liked another color combo in this style so wanted another. This shoe is actually black not navy (the box was marked navy too). The heel is a really nice: some shades of gray and white. Very nice. He usually wears a 10.5 but in these shoes he prefers the 11. He takes out the inserts and puts in a purchased alternative that has more support for his feet, so can't comment on support.

I actually have two pairs of these Ultimate 81s in two different colors because I like them that much. These shoes are very light and breathe well, while also feeling snug on the feet. I would not say they are shoes that you would use for running, but they do the work for sure. They are great for walking/jogging and wear through out the day. I bought these for my husband. He loves them, and says that they are comfortable and stylish. They go with almost everything he has in his closet, so that is a plus. I like the look of them.

I have terribly flat feet and often have problems finding a good sneaker. This is my first pair of tigers and I absolutely love them. I work on set for TV and film requiring me to stand a minimum of 12hrs a day and these get me through the day no problem! I defiantly recommend them.

At 64, I am no runner, but the comfort and cushioning for my knees are what I was looking for and these did not disappoint.

It's a nice looking shoe. It seems well constructed and will likely last a good while. I have high arches, so I put in gel supports in every shoes I wear. With those, these fit practically perfectly and are very comfortable. A great walking shoe for everyday life, urban living.

Great color combination that is not widely available. The light grey almost looks like denim. You can't go wrong with these Ultimate 81's.

These are my favorite every day shoes. Looks great in the summer with shorts, but still works well in jeans. They fit my narrow feet perfectly. Only small gripe might be that the arch support could be a tad better, but they're still very comfortable. I love the colors - the variety and constant new choices will keep me coming back.

These are great for city walking. Plenty of support but light enough to not weigh you down. With so many color options a few more may end up in my closet.

Love these sneakers! I love them so much that this is the second time I am purchasing them (and for me, being the sneakerhead that I am, that has never happened before). Very reasonably priced, very comfortable/lightweight sneaker! And in my opinion a great stylish, spring/summer sneaker. Also Zappos is such a great company, with excellent customer service!

Shoes arrived sooner than expected, an overall wonderful process! Couldn't be happier with the overall experience, especially considering Zappos had stock where all others had only limited selection of colors and styles.
