I was looking for some new shoes for Jazzercise. These aren't really made for that, but they work well. I was attracted to the retro look of the Ultimate 81. It reminds me of Adidas and Nike when I was young. Also it's hard to find a shoe that comes in something other than wild colors. I got the white/black/fire. Love it. This shoe is extremely comfortable. It does not have a lot of support, so I wouldn't use it for daylong walking. Looks great and feels great for casual use and light exercise.

Great sneakers for general wear. Light weight, extremely comfortable shoe that never fails to get raves from others.

Onitsuka Tigers are classic, simple & very reasonably priced. This color choice was perfect for my dad who is 65 & likes to keep it old school & conservative but also enjoy something with a little kick to it. This shoe has that subtle old school look that makes it a timeless shoe that doesn't go out of style. Moderate arch & heel support with lightweight construction makes it a good choice for traveling, walking, light jogging or other light use recreational sports.

This is a remarkable shoe. I bought it for in-home working out and it is ideal: light-weight, comfortable and it "breathes." I've had the pair for a month or so. Probably not a great walking shoe -- minimum support -- but superior for gym or home training.

These shoes rock my world!!!!! They are extremely comfy! I was very excited to see that they had smaller men's sizes (I typically wear a women's 7.5) so I could get them. I like the color and style of men's shoes and was thrilled that I didn't have to be a settle for a neon yellow women's shoe. Ugh! I love the style of the Onitsuka - they fit nice and snug and are great for walking around in, or working out. I also wear orthodics and with a little work, was able to remove the insole so I could put the orthodic in. Can't wait to order another pair!

Love this pair of shoes. Asics are a light and comfortable shoe, I own more than one pair and these just add to my liking of the brand. Great walking shoes and PERFECT shoes for the dance studio.

I'm on my feet a lot at work, and these shoes have worked out well for me. Slightly minimalist arch, which I like, and true to size. Great shoe for the price.

Love this shoe, one of my favorites! I bought this shoe just to wear around casual and for work since I am on my feet all day. Very comfortable and I love that they come in a ton of different colors. I wear a 6 1/2 and that size fit perfect.

Not as good looking as the Mexico 68 but an unobtrusive looking sneaker, and it even has some arch support, unlike the Mex.

Shoes arrived on time and my daughter has them every lesson and on recital. She loves them!

I bought the White/Black/Fire and wore them almost every day and night while in college. In fact, my roommate saw them when I got them and said "are those your Tigers down there?!" They look great, breath great and are an all around great shoe. Definitely recommended for the style and comfort! A style to match any wardrobe to boot!

This line of Asics are great. They are light-weight, comfortable, and endlessly styling. I've never had a pair fall apart on me and will buy many more to come.

Stylish and comfortable sneaker. More support and cushioning than the Mexico 66. Comes with red and white laces - would have liked navy blue laces to match the shoe.

I love these shoes so much. They are a lot more comfortable and better looking than comparable Adidas and Nike shoes. The heel part does not rub, it's perfect. The width is perfect. Sizing feels true (11 men). Arch support is just right. Some shoes have either too aggressive arch support or none at all. The Ultimate 81s are perfect for me. They are really light weight. Very sleek-looking modern but retro black on black styling. Can happily walk all day in urban terrain. Very quiet and buoyant stepping. Not the best tread for wilderness walking, but that's not what these shoes are for. They're simply the best sneakers I've ever owned. So many colors, I'll be coming back for more!

I love these shoes. I have purchased multiple pairs, which last quite a while, and have been very happy. I am an RN, so good shoes are critical. These fulfilled all of my expectations. They are light weight, wash very well in the washing machine and dry well in the dryer. If you get them wet, they dry quickly. I love these shoes and will keep purchasing them.

My son really likes these sneakers. They are comfortable and he also likes the colors. He is very picky, so I am glad that these have worked out so well.

These are awesome shoes. I love the colors and I love how breathable they are. I have wide feet and they fit me very well. Oh, they are very comfortable. I own these shoes in four different colors.

Stylish and comfy everyday sneakers. As with most Asics, they fit well on a guy like me who has wider feet than most (with other brands I sometimes have to buy a size larger to get a comfortable width). They don't breathe as well as my last pair of Asics kicks that were more 'meshy', but the tradeoff is that they're more waterproof. Though I wouldn't jump in any puddles with them.

I feel like I've already written a review on these shoes, but I felt the need to update after having a pair for 2 years and owning 2 additional new pairs. I'd have to say these are one of the best shoes I own. I use one pair particularly for working out, and the others for casual-wear. Shoes are light and breathable. If you're used to flatter shoes such as vans/converse, these shoes will take some getting used to at first, but it's well worth it with the moderate arch support. In terms for using these for working out, I say they work best for crossfit, I haven't tried running with these for a marathon or anything but they hold up well on the treadmill and especially outdoors-the grip is excellent. These aren't super flexible like Nike free runs, but flexible enough. I'd say these shoes are the best all around shoe-training or casual! If you want an excellent all around shoe, bet these. I know they got pricier but it is worth it, my only complaint is they squeak when they get wet on some floors (ex. Supermarkets) haha it goes away after long term use though. Hope this review helps!

I love these shoes. Bought them in the past so I knew which size to buy. Great color, width and length. You also get a spare pair of laces. Will buy again for sure.

Great comfortable sneakers with a low profile. With this color combo, goes with anything. Good for crosstraining with the flat sole or just walking around.

Very comfy and casual, almost like barefoot walking. I'm 45 and this pair of Tigers are the first, well they did not let me down, let me tell ya.
