I was very happy with this purchase, I frequent the Asics brand and was satisfied as usual with the fit and look. These aren't running shoes or anything, but the support is enough for me for around town and teaching hip hop classes.

Love this shoe. I don't actually wear these sneakers to work out. They're more my casual, bum around town shoes, so I can't speak to actually doing something athletic in them. The red stripe is the perfect pop of color, though. Very happy with my purchase.

Comfortable and great looking. These shoes are true to size and I wear them both in the city and in the country.

These shoes are great. They run slightly wider than most shoes, but most Asics shoes do anyways. Which is perfect for me since I have wide feet. They are comfortable and stylish. They come with an extra set of laces, which is nice. Overall, I highly recommend these shoes and Asics in general.

I really love these old school Asics. They are comfortable and nice looking.I got a compliment the first time I wore them. They come with 2 different colors of shoe strings. I plan on purchasing some more of these shoes in different colors. I highly recommend these.

These shoes are really stylish and are durable for casual use. I normally wear a size 13 in casual and dress shoes and a 14 in running shoes. A 13 in these shoes is a tad too long, but overall it is a very good fit.

These are the most comfortable shoes that I currently have. I like the heel, my feet do not slip out. I appreciated that black laces where included too, but I love the red ones.

This is my third pair. They are comfortable. I used to buy Addidas or Saucony sneakers but they did not feel as comfortable as the Onitsuka Tigers.

I ordered these for my daughters school uniform shoes, as it is rare to find straight blaclk or navy shoes that look nice. These are perfect! She loves them and says they are super comfortable! They go nicely with her pleated skirts and are very cool! I like to buy shoes that are unique! I definitely will buy these again! We kept the women's size 6 as the 6½ was a little too big. They are true to size.

Great shoe. Very comfortable, but not a huge amount of support. If you have foot problems (like me), be sure to add a pair of orthotics to them and you will absolutely love them. Very lightweight, and is cool in hot weather. Love this shoe.

This is a great shoe and always has awesome color schemes available to express your personality the way you want. I'm on probably my 5th pair of these things, varying colors of course, and have gotten complimented on them regularly. I've browsed for other shoes but always come back to the Tiger. I love the way they hug my feet. Current style: Grey/Charcoal (+ yellow).

I've been searching for a nice retro shoe for awhile now , and ordered many , but all have been to narrow. My feet are not extra wide or anything , but most med width shoes are to narrow. But these shoes fit wonderfully. I will give an update after a week or two of bar tending.

I have really hard to fit feet with nasty ugly bunions and these are the only shoes I have ever had that give my feet absolutely no problems whatsoever. This is my second pair of these shoes and I plan to continue buying them. I also get lots of compliments on how awesome they look with the gold stripes!

The fit is great. The shoe has a decent arch support. I bought these to walk around Europe for 2 weeks, so look and comfort is very important. Overall very happy and excited.

At various times over the last several years I have ordered 5 pairs of these for my son, who worked first as a waiter, then a bartender (his shoes need to be black). He is on his feet for long shifts and these are the only shoe he wants to wear. They are lightweight, comfortable and last much longer than anything else he has tried. Was looking for a sleek pair of dark sneakers, and these Onitsuka/Asics 81's are perfect. Very comfortable, decent arch support for a pair of classics/throwbacks, and the red laces really pop. There was a pair of white laces in the box if you want to go that route, too. 5 stars all around, can't recommend them enough.

These were purchased as a gift, more for casual wear than for a sport. They were a big hit. Recipient was amazed and delighted how lightweight and comfortable they are. Look good, too. Could be more supportive in arch than my guess. Fast shipping.

So far these shoes have worked great. I have wide feet and they can accommodate them and they look good.

Got these for my boyfriend, he wore them until they literally fell apart, he loved them so much. Not to say they fall apart easy, he just started wearing them to work.

Amazing shoe! My pair of Tigers lasted me 2 years before they really started coming undone, and I am not very kind to my shoes. They've got great style, are very comfortable, and the price is right (when they go on sale, which happens frequently 'round here!).

Awesome pair of shoes! These are totally the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. These will be great for college for they are nice in appearance and very versatile.. I'm planning to keep on buying more in the future.

Love these shoes! They're really comfortable and super cute. I use them for running, I love the minimalist style of the Onitsuka Tigers. I have flat feet and the support in them is perfect for me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I love these shoes. This is my 2nd pair and they are perfect for work. As a massage therapist, I am on my feet and taking wide stances, pivoting, and squatting a lot. These shoes give good support, have minimal traction and are so light. When I first got them (both times), they felt very firm and flat, but you will find you walk taller and more correctly, and in a matter of 24 hours, you will notice the insole has conformed to your foot and arch. I love them. Only drawback is they make my feet look big if I wear anything but pants. Not a big deal. A different, multicolor style may be better in this respect.

Yes, they do feel like they run on the short (1/2 size) and somewhat narrow side. But not too narrow, to the point of discomfort. Let's call them "snug", with the caveat that I have wide, meaty feet. That said...these are creepy good (and comfortable). Creepy in the sense that they are the quietest sneakers I've ever worn. I suspect I'll literally be "sneaking up" on people in these. They should be the official shoes of ninjas everywhere. Styling looks modern without entering into uber-hipster territory. I bought these to replace a pair of 2-year old Adidas Samba's. By comparison, the Sambas had little to no support, were very tight on my feet, and ended up looking like poor people sneakers before too too long. These Asics Ultima 81's feel like the closest thing to walking barefoot, on a cloud. I suspect I will be buying these again.
