I've had a single pair of the Ultimate 81 Vegan shoes for well over a year now... I wear these shoes every day. I am amazed that they still look awesome. Bottom line, these are amazing. I've ordered another pair, not that I need a new pair, but I do want a backup. I don't have anything negative to say about these. Just order a 0.5 to 1 size larger than your normal shoe size.

Perfect for work! I’m on my feet 8+ hours and these shoes are great. I like how plain these are, no flashy designs. They are always out of stock so when they said they were back I knew I had to jump on them. My previous pair would have went beyond the 2 years I had them but I didn’t want to risk them never coming back in stock

Great fit and quality.

I love this shoes. I've bought about 6 pairs of them. I won't comment on quality and what not, I just love how they look, how light they feel, and completely comfortable for me.

Always been a fan of ASICS, and these didn't disappoint. They took maybe two or three days of casual wear to break in and are very comfortable once they have. They're very light and give a similar feeling to walking or running barefoot, which is what I was looking for in this type of shoe.

I was surprised at the great arch support.

I have worn Onitsuka Tiger Ultimate 81 for past two years when playing table tennis three times a week. They have held up well. Surface of sole prevents slipping, but not so grippy as to cause you to break an ankle. The Oatmeal/Moonrock color is made with corduroy material, unlike the black which has mesh. Mesh will probably allow better air flow, although corduroy is working OK. I covered rubber areas of shoe (near and on sole) with protective tape and then sprayed uppers with Scotchguard to resist soil and stains. No problems. Staff at Zappos were fantastic! Shipping was scheduled for a date I was going to be out of town, so Zappos shipped shoes overnight at no charge!

I've been wearing Onitsuka shoes for decades. Seriously, decades. Still my favorite athletic shoes. Comfortable from the minute I put them on. Doesn't hurt that they are stylish as well. Can't begin to tell you how many compliments I get on these shoes. My only problem is I never feel I have all the colors I need!

I really like these, was worried the color would be too "loud" but I love the color. For me the fit is true to size.

These shoes are exactly what I was looking for. I indicated they are true to size, but they are generous at that. I ordered my typical 9.5 (women's) and they fit very well, if not a tad bit big, but definitely not too big. I would order true to size. The insole is not as cushy as I had hoped, but I am on my feet all day and nonetheless had no problem. The color is what I wanted, a very soft yellowish/off white with gray. Cool shoes! I'd order in another color, too.

I am enjoying the shoes. I have worn Tigers for years and have always bought them from Zappos.

I like them! I'm always nervous buying shoes online because you never know how they will fit. I'm usually a 9.5, so I got 9.5 and they fit perfectly. I had to buy them for my clinic rotations, so I will be wearing them a lot. I have only worn them around the house so far, but they feel comfortable! I would definitely recommend.

These are rad. Stylish and comfortable. Great for my pronation. Wearing them around at work and all over. I haven't taken them off in a week. As usual Onitsuka Tiger delivers with style, support and overall comfort!

Nice shoes, but run large in women size. The men sizes don't translate well to women.

I've bought multiple pairs of Ultimate 81's over the past few years and can't say enough good things about them! They're the right balance between simple & flashy that allow them to fit with any outfit. They're incredibly comfortable, allowing for hours of support. But most importantly to me, they're very well made - my last pair lasted hundreds of miles of walking before "needing" (okay... maybe I just wanted a new pair) to be replaced. Love them and can't recommend this brand enough!

Cute and comfortable

My 2nd pair of all black ultimate 88s. Wore out first pair. They are stylish, low profile shoes. I have a high arch, female, and average width feet. I put a green spenco insert in them to give a little more cushion to them. I don't think these are walk/stand all day shoes, but for average walking around and going to trainer for weights, they are great. I wear a 9, 9.5 in athletic shoes and the 9.5 womens size works in these with some toe wiggle room.

Love the Ultimate 81!

These are my favorite everyday shoes. I have worn them regularly for about 4 months now, with minimal wear. I plan to purchase these again in the future.
