Wonderful for FEET! I keep this under my desk during the day and then move it under my dining room table at night. It’s better than a lacrosse ball! It has some ‘give and flexibility’ to it too.

Nothing like a tennis ball. This has some give you it, it’s so great to roll out your feet with, and I rub it along my neck to release tension. This ball has made numerous appearances during Zoom calls bc I just use it everywhere!

I bought this for use on my neck and shoulder blades. It is something I can use while driving and sitting at lights to effectively release my neck and deep shoulder pain.

I had bought my first massage ball from this brand about 5 year ago, and never had a problem. It opened after a few year of using it for my upper back and shoulders and loved it. I decided to replace the old massage ball about 4 months ago and the 2 first layers came off after 1month of using it. So i don't know what to think, it went from a good product down to mediocre product. Is it a manufacturing issue? Ant57.
