Totally non-supportive in every way.

Cute shoe but does run narrow. Also, the silver is very silver! It made me feel like I had robot feet! The picture shows a more subtle silver than reality. One shoe arrived with a deep scuff as well. Aside from all that I love Zappos with the easy returns which will be happening with these.

Awkward sizing ... 6.5 too small, 7 too large. Not the usual Tom's quality.

The style of the sneaker was okay but I ordered the Pomegranate Woven Melange and the color was very off putting. It almost had a sheen/shine to the material so it appeared somewhat plastic like. My normal size did fit but I feel they may be a bit more narrow than a normal shoe. Usually love Tom's but I sent these back.

Style is great but the shoe was insanely tight and uncomfortable. Sent them back.

Quite uncomfortable. Stiff. More fashionable than comfort.

Was excited when I found these. They were way too stiff and narrow for my liking and I have narrow feet. I’m a true 8.5 and these just felt off.

Could've fit better, the suede makes it a very unforgiving fabric for shoes...no stretch or give.

Too pointy and narrow --I am returning these to Zappos. --Very cute sneaker, though, I must say. This particular pink is the perfect color I had been looking for. Darn they are going back

This shoe hurt from leather rubbing both sides of foot. Sock did not help.

I have many pairs of TOMS shoes - from the originals to heels to sandals, and this is the only pair that I've ever had to exchange. The toes are much narrower than their other shoes, and I ended up keeping 1/2 size larger than I usually wear in this brand. I like these shoes, but they are not as comfortable as my other shoes from TOMs.
