These are by far the most comfortable insoles I've owned. I've tried 2 other Spenco insoles the polysorb heavyduty and the Total Support Gels, also the New Balance pressure insoles. these are the only ones that did not make my middle toes hurt after 10 hrs. on concrete floors at work. combine these insoles with the New Balance 608's and your feet will be in heaven. should last you through 1-2 pairs of shoes. definitely recommend these insoles to people who work in similar circumstances.

Wow, I have been looking forever for a soft orthotic with a metatarsal pad and this one is great! Just enough support, not hard, and no more messing around adding metatarsal pads-a definite winner! Thank you, Spenco!

These insoles are very good all in all. Very comfortable indeed. They are very thick all over especially the heel, so keep that in mind. They work very well in wide shoes and best in boots. The arch is very high and might be a problem for low/flat arch people, especially if you have falling arches. The plastazote top is very comfortable and diabetics would love it. Other than that you have to give it a try for a 30 day free trial, returns pre-paid. What else could you ask for.

I love wearing them everyday they have really helped decrease the pain in my feet from plantar fasciitis! I would highly recommend them.

Always love my Spenco's! Whenever I purchase a pair of new shoes, I immediately remove their "comfort - paper-thin" insoles, and put in the Spenco insoles. The difference is amazing and the comfort is immediate. I keep a couple extra pair of Spenco's on hand -- always ready.

I am not a diabetic but a friend recommended the use of this insole. So far it has been very comfortable in using particularly on some of my older shoes. Will probably purchase again for use in multiple shoes.

This would be a good insole for somebody who has lots of room in their shoes, but I don't. I can't use them so am returning them.

I am a diabetic and they did not do anything for me. I returned they 2 weeks ago. Waiting for the refund. Not a good fit for me.
