Great shoe. Have it in two colors. Elastic back keeps shoe on a narrow heel. Accommodates orthotic.

Very comfortable and cute shoes. From the picture, I was expecting a shoe in more of a white/ivory tone but this is more pinkish. Cute but not what I needed this time.

Earlier in the month, I bought a pair of black leather Felicia flats and, after a bit of a sizing issue, finally found the perfect size/width. I decided to purchase another pair in nude leather, and I am really happy I did. This is a very neutral nude - meaning, not too pink, not too beige, just a very good, plain nude. These are fast becoming my perfect go-to flats - I've been wearing them with literally everything in my closet. And, as always, Zappo's customer service and shipping are the best! (OK, and in the spirit of full disclosure, I don't particularly like the SE charm that is located on the bow tie, so I carefully popped it off. The bow tie is just enough decoration for me.) All in all, a really good flat!

These flats were comfortable right out of the box. Very soft leather.

these shoes are one of my all time favorites. I'm on my 2nd pair of black one. lasted for at least 4 years and I must wear them once a week.

This is my second pair of these shoes since they are the only shoe (after ordering about 15 pairs) that was cute and not painful to fit my size ten wide foot into. They do not have a lot of cushioning -- after all they are a ballet flat -- and my feet and legs would tire if I had to stand in them for any length of time (for example, cooking dinner, etc.).

Super cute shoe with the leopard fur print! Very stylish and comfortable and I found it true to my size - a 9.

Update of my earlier review: I received the smaller size (11.5M) Felicia ballet flat today. Even with the winter storm, shipping was fast with no problems. This size fits me so much better - the shoe stays on my foot and the medium width is comfortable. All in all, a keeper!

I am in love with these shoes! They truly are amazingly comfortable and I find myself wearing them all the time... the nude color goes with everything. And as a bonus, this is one of very few shoes offered in my true 11.5 size... so happy to not have to choose between the 11 and 12.

I bought the saddle color to match my skin tone and I'm really happy that I was able to find nude shoes! They look awesome with my summer dresses and jeans!

Based on reviews, I ordered this ballet flat in a 12M (my usual size is an 11M). I had ordered the Sam Edelman Gigi sandal several months ago, which runs small, and a size 12 fit me perfectly. This flat, however, seems to me to run big. It is beautiful, however, and seemed very comfortable (aside from slipping off my foot, that is!) The leather is soft and the shoe itself is flexible, and did I mention that it really is lovely? I returned this pair and ordered a smaller size that I hope will fit better. As always, Zappos' return process is incredibly easy and stress-free. Would I walk five miles in these flats? Well, no; I have other shoes for that. But these shoes would look perfect with skinny jeans and long skirts and really, with just about anything. I'm hoping that the new pair will fit me better; if they don't, I know that I can return them thanks to Zappos and find another pair to fit.

I will never buy another ballet flat! I have five pair of Felicias; the leather is unbelievably soft and they are so comfy to wear. The slightly elastized heel holds them securely without digging in. There is no break in time either, great out of the box. Plus they seem to mold to my feet and become even better over time! AND they look great too! Fits true to size. Absolutely love them!

My husband asked what I spent that money on (and fussed a little). While wearing them a few days later I told him these were the shoes that he was asking about and warned him that I'll be buying more.

So comfortable and true to size. They don't rub the back of my heels like a lot of flats do.

I love these shoes. Unfortunately since I'm between an 8.5 and a 9, I can't wear either. On the 8.5 my toe is too close to the end and I feel overtime there will be a pointed area on the shoe where my toe is. The 9 fit like a 10. I half way feel like trying another size 9 hoping the one I received was a fluke that it was so big. I hate they didn't fit. They are adorable and so comfortable.

These are one of my favorite flats and I have them in 6 colors: Black, Navy, Gold, New Nude Leopard, yellow, teal suede. The new nude leopard is by far my favorite. Sam Edelman runs a big small. I usually wear an 8 in flats, but need an 8.5 in these.

I really like this shoe! Ordered a 10W and the fit is perfect. Was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews that said they ran small. They look so stylish and I will definitely order a second pair.

I absolutely love this flat. It is so simple and classic and they are seriously soooo comfortable. The leather is super soft and they heel is cushioned for extra comfort. They fit perfect and requires no breaking in. Feels like wearing slippers. I already owned a pair in black and decided to get them in the saddle also.

This shoe was comfortable right out of the box. I had read other reviews before ordering and was still skeptical (I have a hard time finding shoes that are comfortable). I love these. Unfortunatedly, I have a narrow foot and can only get this shoe in black. If I could get other colors in narrow, I would buy at least two more pair. So sad about this.

This is my second pair of Sam Edelman Felicia flats. I really like these flats because they have cushioning in the footbed, which makes them much more comfortable to walk in. I've only worn my new pair once, and so far they have been very comfortable to walk in. My older pair of Felicia flats in the same size started pinching me on the top of my foot. I hope that doesn't happen with this pair.

I LOVE these shoes! This is my second pair of Felicia flats (I have them in nude and black), they're just so comfortable! I'm a teacher, and usually spend all day on my feet and my old shoes were giving me blisters and pains. I went to an podiatrist and she actually recommended these shoes! I have a wide foot, and the wide sizes in these flats is perfect. They are incredibly comfortable and soft, and so versatile. I just wish that they more colors in the wide sizes - I would buy them all! They also hold up really well, I've had my nude pair for almost a year now and they are still in great shape.

Very cute and comfortable! No break in period and no blisters etc. I bought them in nude and black suede - very cute! I like the how the suede adds some interest to an otherwise plain pair of black flats.

Great basic flat that is perfect for any occasion.
