I initially ordered a size medium which were too small for my 32" waist. They were exchanged for size large - (thanks Zappos!) The fabric is very soft and stretches in all directions - very nice for cotton. The pouch area is very roomy with plenty of room for the bits. Most briefs are not designed to accommodate the male anatomy properly and the bits end up getting crushed - not good. These briefs are much better than most. The fly is a bit useless which is the case with most underwear with this fly design. Overall I am very happy with these! It would be nice if Zappos would sell 2 briefs as well as 4. They are packaged 2 per box - Zappos is selling 2 boxes of briefs - 1 box blue and striped, 1 box grey and black. I think it would be better to be able to purchase 2 briefs to try!
