I was sent a size 9, but one shoe was markedly bigger and wider than the other...really annoying.

These are my all time favorite shoes! They fit, are comfy and look great!

I had a similar pair with the same style and comfort. These are perfect! I stand on my feet a lot and needed comfortable shoes. These are exactly what I needed!

These short boots were comfortable from the git go. As other people have mentioned, the Hush Puppies insole is kind of thin so doesn’t provide a lot of support. This was easy for me to correct by buying Dr. Scholl’s memory foam inserts which gave the extra support for comfortable walking. My arthritic knees really like these boots.

I haven’t had time to wear them extensively, but so far they’re extremely comfortable and really adorable. I wear wides and I originally ordered a 6.5 W, my usual boot size, but which were a tad too large, so I returned them for a 6 W which fits great.

Too tight for high instep.

I really, really wanted these shoes to work! I ordered the 8.5 which wasn't wide enough. Then I ordered TWO pairs of 8.5W - one pair was too big, my heels slipped out, and the other pair was just a little big. The are well made comfortable shoes, not super stylish but if they fit your feet, I'm sure you will be comfortable.

I love these booties. They're so comfortable and easy to walk in. I have the blue ones, but am ordering another pair. I have a somewhat narrow foot, and these fit well, even with socks. They don't rub or bind anywhere.

Why oh why don't major shoe companies sell women's size 10-1/2? We are out there and we are frustrated! I can't fit in a 10, an 11 is hit or miss, usually only slightly too big and that can be accommodated with a thicker sock, but for the most part I am a 10-1/2. Sent the 11 back, as it was way too big. I loved the style and look though.

These boots are so cute! I’ve gotten several compliments from complete strangers already. They run a little big in length and width but I just wear thick socks and they’re fine. They’re really comfortable too!

Fit and flexibility were great, with very little comfort on the inside sole.

Really pretty boot. Felt a little narrower than my usual 7.5 D, the toe box pinched and the heels were so loose my feet slipped up and down when I walked. I agree with another review saying the interior zipper should be active and not the outer zipper to make the boots easier to zip and unzip. Had to send these back.

Fit was pretty good, except they need an insole if you have any tendency towards a sensitive heel as the insoles have a slight pattern there; and/or if you buy the Wide and have narrow heels as they tend to ride up- wearing 2 pairs of thin socks can help... I have a HIGH INSTEP and these shoes work for me. I bought numerous pairs because I am a hard fit, so like to shop in bulk when I find a shoe which works. They are also handmade so some of the colors did not work for me IE: Black and Grey were returned as they were a bit tight in the toe box. Again, a full sole insert of memory foam and/or heel gel insert may be required.
