The heel size runs a little big. I had to return mine due to the fit on the heel. They are great boots. Wish it had worked out.

These shoes are so comfortable. I teach kindergarten and I am standing all day. Paired with wool socks, they keep my feet warm when I'm on the playground.

Stylish and comfortable through a full day at work. They would be a bit easier to zip if the functional zipper was on the inside instead of the outside, but that's the closest thing to a flaw. A really great shoe.

Length is fine in these shoes, and kudos to Hush Puppies for carrying multiple styles of shoes in 5.5, but the toe is very shallow and squeezes my big toe and top metatarsal. The heel cup also is not very snug so it slips when walking. I wish, as others have said, that the inside zipper was functional. If this was the holy grail of shoe, I would have purchased every color but they're simply not as great as I wanted them to be. Also, and this is random, but the outside rim above the rubber footed arrived very sticky - I rubbed some hand sanitizer on it after I realized but I had already worn them outside and it caught all kinds of debris. Really weird.

They were too small for me, so had to return them, but they looked very nice. Only one of the zips is active, which I thought was kind of weird. Since I have a high arch, I was hoping they would both open to make it easier for me to get my tall feet in. Otherwise they came as shown and were what I expected.

Run large. I typically wear an 8 and a half or 9. I could easily wear these in an 8. Toe is very round. Love the profile of the shoe but not if I look down at them because of the rounded toe.

Stylish and comfortable shoes. Love the subdtle burgandy color. Easy to get on. I have received many compliments on these shoes.
