These shoes were very comfortable. Felt like a slipper right out of the box. I hope you like warm feet. I should say, I hope you like sweaty feet. I wore them in freezing weather for 10 hours delivering for amazon. My feet didn't get cold, but they sweat worse than anything I've ever seen. Great shoe as long as you live in cold weather. Put them away in the spring.

Received a boot that had the heel support backing deformed, causing it to gouge into my heel. Yould really expect better quality control from someone selling boots at such a premium price. The boot that ????'? defective was very comfortable at least. The only reason I plan on an exchange instead of my money back. Please send me a not deformed pair this time lol.

The boot was very tight and I had to return them. I have purchased many boots from Zappos and these were an immediate disappointment.
