These boots are light-weight and good-looking. I don't understand the many reviews that said they have "moderate arch support." The shoe bed is totally flat and the insert is very comfortable foam for nice cushioning, but it is also flat, with no support under the arch and just a crease at the arch, where it hugs the side of the shoe. This may be fine for most people, but I'm someone who pronates and needs arch support. I solved the problem by buying a pair of orthotics on Zappos and inserting them under the foam insert that comes with these shoes.

I love these shoes. I am almost crying. This is the first pair of shoes I have had in my entire life that fit. And I am an old lady. Even as a child, shoes hurt my feet. Barefooted, my feet look normal. Straight toes, no bunions, smooth skin, no calluses, and everything in proportion. I got a 12AAAA. Maybe the heel could be narrower, but instead of complaining, I am going for a walk.

This was the first pair of Munro shoes that I have ordered and they were nice. Before my foot problems really became extreme, I wore many Naots. I do think that the materials used in Naots were higher quality than I saw in this boot. If I thought that it would have worked with my foot issues, I would have kept it. I was hoping that the toe box would have been more generous. I really have a bony foot with a narrow heel so I need a B width with a generous toe box. New Balance has shoes on their SL2 last which is specially designed with a narrow heel and more width in the forefoot.

I think I tried just about every boot there is looking for something to wear with jeans other than tennis shoes - finally gave in and bought this one in 1/2 size larger than normal and a little wider than normal. Love it. Worth every penny. I have problem feet and this is something I can dress up or down. The zipper makes it very easy to get on. The tie means that I can fit it to MY foot so my foot doesn't slip around too much. I wear regular socks - not super thick or thin - with these. I do use my own inserts, not the ones that came with the boots. In fact, I am considering purchasing the same thing in black!

FIRST TIME I ACTUALLY FOUND A NARROW SHOE TO FIT AND STYLISH TOO

I just received these boots and was thrilled when I opened the box and saw how stylish they are. Hopefully Munro will continue to produce stylish footwear for those of us with special size challenges. My foot is between a narrow and slim. This boot fit me perfectly and are very comfortable. The laces certainly help in adjusting the width. I can't wait to enjoy these.

Absolutely love these shoes. I have a very narrow foot(AAAA) and have a hard time finding shoes that fit. Finding some that are stylish too is really a bonus.

Actually fit and did not hurt my feet the first time I wore them. I did quite a bit of standing and walking that day. I have very limited options for my narrow feet (even narrow width are sometimes too wide) and this one worked very well.

These boots arrived yesterday in 9.5 M, they are really nice looking and comfortable initially. After wearing them around the house for awhile they felt narrow so I ordered 9.5 W - oh my, are they wide! Looked like I was wearing someone else's boots. I am a bit frustrated because I really like these, maybe I will try 10 M. Anyway, they are light weight and well-made.

These shoes feel like butter, on the inside and the outside. They are so supple and lovely. I first ordered a narrow, but had to exchange for a medium width. Usually I can go either way. The mediums were right on the money. I LOVE these shoes!

I previously owned a pair of the Munro Bradley Booties. They became my favorite and I wore them practically every day. They are comfortable out of the box no break in necessary. The width is great for a wide foot and the toe box is good. My old pair got paint accidentally spilled on them and were ruined. Lo and behold Zappos has the Munro Bradley in my size. I am now reunited with my favorite Bootie. It was 3 years ago that I got the first pair. Fast forward to now...They are still the same in every way. Thank You Zappos!!!

I have had a lot of problems finding shoes that are comfortable and attractive since I had foot surgery. Love these with jeans and a sweater. Love them. Didn't want to pay the price but glad I did. Appear well made. I hope to wear them for years to come.

These shoes are nicely made (in Mexico). I love the comfort and the fit. I love the sole. The ankle detailing is great. The zipper is high quality. However, I am really not loving the pebbled leather. It's got a weird appearance that detracts from the overall look.

I love these boots. As for the FIT: I ordered a 10 SS which is equivalent to a 4A. They fit perfectly. However, I want to wear a thicker sock to provide some protection for my oh so skinny foot. So I ordered the 10 N (2A). The width is perfect on me with a thicker sock. I also changed to a gel insole. I have worn them around the house a few times. I don’t think they are going to give me blisters. They have enough flexibility in them to prevent that for most people I would think. As for the style: These boots are gorgeous and look to be very well made. The leather is nice and soft. I don’t think they will scuff easily. I imagine I will be able to wear these for years. These can easily be dressed up or down. They will pair nicely with skirts as well as jeans or slacks. Like I said before, I love these boots. Im taking them on my trip to Alaska in a few days. Hopefully my feet will stay warm and dry and they will give me some traction on the ice.

Wow! When these arrived, I thought they must have sent the wrong size since size 12 boots usually look so clunky and huge. These looked small and slender which is something I have never been able to get in a boot before. These fit my long narrow feet perfectly and they are cute and stylish.

I love these boots! I'm having a problem with an inflamed nerve on the side of my foot. I ordered these in wide and they fit perfectly. They're so cute, and I get tons of complements when I wear them. They are good for walking, and will be perfect for an upcoming trip to Europe.

I wanted to dislike these boots as I don't like paying so much for casual shoes, but... They're comfortable and they look great on. I'm a little concerned about the soles as they're hard, slick rubber. Headed to Colorado in a week and need to rough up the soles for safety. You can't go wrong with these!

I'm very disappointed. I just received this order today. I love this boot but it runs small. I usually wear 7-7.5 and an extra-wide width. I read all the reviews and sized up to an 8 and chose the extra-wide width. The length is still short...I could have probably worn an 8.5. It is not a true extra-wide width. It actually feels more like wider sized medium or regular wide width. Even with a very thin sock, it was very tight.

The length is good but they're a bit wide so I wear hiking socks with them so they're very nice.

Terrific boot - stylish, comfortable, great traction in the sole for rain and slippery sidewalks. I love these boots!

I love this boot. It is lightweight and fits perfectly (11N). There is plenty of room in the toe box even with socks. Too make it less snug, I simply removed the padding...even with the removal the boots are amazingly comfortable. I'm considering getting the same boot in black...just to have it on hand.

It's hard for me to buy shoes much less boots because of orthotics I'm forced to wear. I've bought Munro Americans years ago and this boot was my last chance hope that it would provide the room needed for my inserts. The fit is perfect , looks great with jeans. I'm a teacher and on my feet much of the day. What more can I say. They are pricey but worth it!!

I have been wearing these boots for about three years and am glad that Zappo's now carries them. I have them in both colors. Originally I had some rubbing on hammertoes but now that they have softened up they are completely comfortable. I add a soft pad to the ball of the foot on top of the original Munro insert and I also use a Superfeet partial orthotic. I have problematic feet and ankles and these are great. I am also frequently complimented on them and wear them with both pants and skirts. I gave them four stars for comfort because I wish that the toe was a little less oval -- although pretty if I walk a long ways in them it can pinch.

Knock out gorgeous style and quality. Soft buttery leather, does not rub at the ankle. If you can afford these its well worth the investment. Light weight.

I really like these boots and wish they fit, but they don't. I have problem feet, so this probably won't be an issue for most people. I tried the 10 1/2 M in a store, but they were too narrow. The store doesn't carry wides, like so many places. I ordered the 10 1/2 W from Zappos, but they felt way too big. I'm tempted to try the 10 W. I love Zappos service and selection.
