Naturalizers are ridiculously small. I don't usually wear a wide, but I ordered these in wide and could not get my foot in them. I am not sure one size up would have helped, but they were out of stock anyway. Can't comment on comfort etc since I couldn't get them on. They looked cute though.

These are perfectly fine shoes. I feel like I’m 80 when I wear them, but I’m halfway to 80 and my crippled feet need comfort more then style so here we are.

Ordered my usual size. This boot was so small that I literally couldn't get my foot in.

These are really cute but I could not get my foot in it. I have this brand in other boots in the same size I ordered for these, but no way I could get in to it.

So disappointed in these! I wear an 8.5 2E in every other wide width shoe. The WW Naturalizer Zaire is not extra wide! I even tried a size up in the WW and it still didn’t fit. In addition, the second size sent to me had obviously been worn and returned. Not cool.

I cannot imagine that these shoes could have been marked double wide. It must have been a mistake. They were no more than medium width, if that, and certainly not double wide. I could not even get my foot into the shoe. They look great, but there is no way to trust another size would make any difference. In addition, one shoe looked slightly scuffed, as if someone else had returned them before. Zappos, I love you, but these shoes just don't live up to the supposed sizing. Thank goodness for your easy return policy.

This pair of booties have scuffs on them as though they have been worn. I’ve never had this experience before in all the years that I’ve been buying from Zappos. I’m very disappointed.

I usually wear a 9 N in Naturalizer shoes...this shoe, though marked as that, was like a 10 W...I almost laughed out loud when I put them on. if zappos wasn't so great with returns I would have been upset.

I have been shopping with Zappos for over 15 years. I generally have a fantastic experience when ordering from Zappos, except for this order. The shoes that arrived were beat up and the leather badly scraped down the side of one shoe. I am certain this was a fluke, and I feel confident my order coming tomorrow will reflect the high standards typical of a Zappos order.

I ordered the 11WW, because the the first pair I ordered were only 11 W and they were not wide enough. Well, the 11 WW are just as tight as the 11 W were. Totally disappointed as the style is exactly what I was looking for!! Returning both pair!

double wide?! i think not! they were really tight, I couldn't walk in them. So sorry, because they were really cute, but size-wise definitely mis-marked!

usually wear 8 b but had to go to 8 wide due to my big knuckle on big toe...the 8 wide fit just perfect...........Love the looks of these booties--very stylish, elegant and can be worn for multiple types of events......

Very classy looking bootie. Very comfortable and true to size fit. A little tight at the pinky toe, but fine for me. Will definitely purchase in another color!

Great fit, classic look, quality make. Just not what I was looking for at this time.

Love the style and the materials. I’m hard to fit as 1 foot is 1/2 size smaller than the other foot. Both booties fit well.

Comfortable bootie. Casual, and looks great with dress or skirt to dress it up. True to size and width.

Beautiful boot! But the slightly pointed toe was just a bit too snug for my toes needing a bit more space.

Bought these booties for a trip to Italy in November. The shoes worked out great! Comfortable to walk in all day and kept my feet dry and warm when it was chilly and a little rainy.

These boots are well made, comfortable, and beautiful.
