The cushioning inside is what makes this shoe. It means that I can actually wear a pump and walk/stand, like a shoe is meant to help us do. Stable, stylish, and comfortable. Would love to see Naturalizer offer other colors, and maybe a lower heel or flat with this same wonderful attention to comfort.

I have a smaller, wide foot and these shoes fit the bill for comfort and fashion. They are more comfortable than my sneakers. I bought them about three years ago and they still look new. I wish they had a slightly higher heel with a platform that would work for dressier occasions. Buying another pair soon just to have as a back up.

I have searched for a long time for just the right black pump. With a narrow foot, I usually have heel slippage. I liked the padded heel in this and hoped it would be enough to keep my foot in place. It was not enough in my normal size so I went a half size smaller and although they are snug, I am keeping them. I like that there is not a large gap alongside my arch as is the case with most pumps. The footbed is supportive and the heel is quiet and sturdy to walk in without loosing an attractive silhouette. I received several complements the first time I wore them.

I measure an 8C and needed the 8 1/2 C. The shoe is really comfortable, even though I mostly wear flats. The heel is sturdy. The little bit of a platform makes the heel seem taller than it really is.

Reading previous product reviews, I'm usually a size 10 but went with a 9.5 and that did the trick for me.
The style is not impressive and you won't earn compliment on them but they are classic. The comfort level is amazing! A great starter heel for the less experienced or frequent long work day worker. The underneath traction is reassuring.
In terms of wearibility, this heel will put all others to shame. I gave style 4 stars because all the other catergories deserve a 5++.

These shoes stay comfortable through out the work day. I like the thicker heal, I feel like it gives me more stability with my balance. I also was pleasantly surprised by the soles of the shoes, non slip. They feel like a hug for your feet.

The style is a practical, classical style shoe. The shoe is not frilly, it's solid. The heels aren't spindly, they are solid. The shoes aren't flimsy, they are solid. They aren't ugly, they are pretty. The best part feature of the shoe is that the heel of the shoe is directly under the heel of the foot which provides real support. These shoes are handsome enough to go on a young foot, too, with a beautiful shine on the leather. I just love them. Perfect pair.

This shoe felt a little snug in the toe box. I usually wear a 9 in Naturalizer. The heel was loose even with a heel pad. Ordered the 9.5. The length felt good but the heel was very loose. Loved the shoe and the padding would make this a very comfortable shoe.

I really wanted this shoe to fit well. It's a nice looking shoe, well made, great insole. It was just a bit tight for me. I haven't decided whether I'll go a little longer or wider to get a better fit. This would be a workhorse of a shoe.
