I ordered these in a 10AA, I usually wear a 10 or 11 narrow. My first thought when I opened the box was, "these are huge." I tried them on and thought for sure that they had accidentally sent me the wrong size. These have to be an 11 WIDE. Nope. Printed inside the shoe was 10AA. Sending back.

I originally bought some silver strapping heals to wear with a cocktail dress from a local retailer. I wore them around the house for an hour. They looked good but my feet hurt terribly. At the last possible moment I hopped on Zappos and found these, read the reviews and figured it could get any worse. To my delight I wore these all night without any breaking in. I was so happy not to be one of the women who in strappy sandals that ended up bare foot Before the end of the night!

Hurray! A cute, dressy shoe that I can wear without pain to the ball of my foot, incipient bunion, or high instep. I'm thrilled, and hoping it comes in other colors.

LOVE these shoes. I have a hard time fitting shoes and these are stylish, well-made and comfortable. LOVE Zappos service and free shipping and returns. So convenient.

It is difficult for me to find a dressy heel that is attractive and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised! I wore them to a formal event and danced all evening. I highly recommend!

These are the bomb. They are super comfortable and also super sexy. I have a bunion and I can never wear high heels and I wore these for eight hours to a wedding and they looked awesome and I danced in them.

I have been searching for dressy black shoes to fit my long, skinny feet for a very long time. Nothing ever fits- but these do! I usually wear a 91/2 or 10 narrow. I got the 10 narrow and they hit my arches just right- I can stand for hours in them without pain. Highly recommend to anyone with "low volume" feet.

It was a very nice look, but the buckle is right at the ankle and so rubs at the ankle.

This shoe is for mildly narrow feet. See how the straps gap in the photo. Also, the heel cup rises too high and hits my ankle bone.

These are as beautiful as they are comfortable. Size accurate and perfect height for long wearing.

Another Naturalizer success for me. I have wide feet, (12W), and find that Naturalizer can find the place of fit, comfort and not-too-gramma style. Color is a perfect maroon. I also ordered the black. Heel height is great, stylish but easier on my body. They look and feel well-made.

Unfortunately the buckle hit right below my ankle bone and was uncomfortable so will be returning.

Gorgeous shoes in the oddest shade of gray. They have a subtle undertone of sexy in a totally work appropriate shoe. Great height, lovely straps to keep them slipping off my nonexistent heels. I did very much want to keep them but they didn't go with any of my gray clothes at all. They felt super comfy for my bunions (the deal breaker for most shoes for me), EXCEPT that they came right up under my ankle bones right at the buckle. I was prepared to pre bandaid I loved the style so much, but the color was just too different to ignore.

These were very attractive shoes and had they fit, I bet they would have been comfortable. However, they were much too tight in the front area and I had to return them. I would have tried the wide, but I did not have time because I needed them for a specific event. I usually wear a medium width. If you have a narrow foot, the regular width may work, but if you are medium or slightly wider, get the wide for sure.

Amazing looking shoe! Wish I could have kept. Length & width is true to narrow size, but criss-cross strap that is completely anchored to shoe (the one without the buckle) floats on the top of the foot. Would be better if elastic that attaches strap to shoe wasn't there.

These shoes are strange. I ordered these shoes in 7 wide which is my usual size and they were big. including the straps which are incredible large, too big in fact strangely long. I sent them back for a 6 1/2 wide. They fit better but still do not fit right. The buckle cuts into my ankle. I am so disappointed because these shoes are cute and comfortable because they are padded in the front. Will be sending them back to exchange for another brand.

I returned these shoes because the the straps across the top of my feet were baggy! There was not a way to tightened them. Also, there is a seam in the leather on the inward side of the shoe that looks like a thin pencil line. You can see it on the photos of the shoes. I tried two different sizes to no avail. Bummer. Too bad because it is a pretty style.

I so wanted to like these shoes especially because I could get them in a wide width but they run very narrow. The straps are also loose which usually never happens since I have a high arch and, they kind of look like witches shoes (just sayin'). Thank you, Zappos, for your amazing return policy!

Too small in length. I ordered a wide and it looked like a medium width. My toes were crushed. I where an 8.5-9. Ordered a 9. I’ve never worn a 9.5 so this is weirdly short to me.

Very pretty and practical heal height, but cut into my outer ankle. Was disappointed I could niot make them work because the silhouette was so pretty.

I had the same problem as the customer from PA who posted a picture. I wear a 7 narrow and while the shoe fit in both the tie box and the heel, the straps were too long and didn't tighten enough. I could fit my hand under the straps also. The other issue was the top of the shoe cut into the bottom of my ankle bone. I don't know why I tried Naturalizer again. I guess I thought the straps would help keep the shoe on, but nope. Their narrows have gotten progressively wider over the years.

This shoe has a very weird fit. I wear a 7 1/2 narrow, which is what I ordered. It seems to be the right size, but nothing on this shoe falls where it should. The straps gap, the toe area sits oddly, and the style is not flattering, a bit old ladyish (and I'm 63!). If you have super high arches this shoe might work for you.
