Great black leather boot - esp for the price!! Good toe room without being bulky - I had no trouble pulling it on. Nicely tailored. It has a nice size opening at the top - not too tight nor too loose - so can wear skinny jeans over the top even.

I have foot issues, particularly Morton's neuroma in my right foot. Finding a shoe, especially, a boot that does not kill me is a daunting task. This season I tried on many......MANY. I kept this boot, in groovey olive green, and have worn them a lot and they're as comfortable as I could ask for. True to size, padded arch support, non-constricting toe box made me want to order another pair in black. Alas, sold out! (And for good reason.)

The only issues I had were that the loop broke when I tried them on and the staining to darken the toes was a little uneven. I ordered a replacement pair and they were just fine. And as usual, Zappos customer service was excellent! I would definitely recommend them.

This was exactly what I have been looking for in a low heel boot. I originally ordered a 6.5, but that turned out to be to big. The 6 is a better fit. Wish it wasn't so snug in the width. Hopefully,it will loosen up after a while.

These shoes are comfortable off the bat. My ankles don't float in them because the elastic makes the closure snug. I normally wear a size 11.5, but the size 10 fit perfectly, so they run large. The color is just a hint of Burgundy and goes with everything I have in that color family.

these are beautiful boots, the denim color is unusual and versatile and the padding is comfy. overall, they were slightly too narrow and too constricting over my high forefoot, so I sent them back.

Its a great looking boot with sturdy construction. However the leather was too stiff for me probably needs some breaking in. I do have sensitive knees and although cushioned and rubber soled, my knees still felt it. I do like the fact that the opening was no too roomy for my skinny ankles, but its still easy to slide in and out of. This is a big plus! Ultimately the reason I returned it was because it runs large, I am a size 7 and ordered true to size, there was room even with thick socks.

I think this is really cute and mostly comfortable. The top rubs on my right leg when I go up steps. Left leg is fine and I am hoping it breaks in and that it is just stiff from being new. I usually wear a 9.5 but based on other reviews I ordered the 9 and that fits fine. The 9 has plenty of room for me. I have a narrow heel and I am not sliding around in this. I love that there are no zippers or buckles. Very good quality.

These boots run a half size too big, maybe even a little bigger than that. I am normally a 10, ocassionally a 9.5. The 9.5 were still loose on me. I returned them for a size 9, which are a little snug but I prefer that to having a boot slip around all the time. They felt great out of the box, nice cushioned footbed. I wear normal width shoes but after having a couple kids, the ball of my foot is a little on the wide side. These feel great in the toe box for me.

Oh I wanted to love these booties! I love the Sofft brand because they are so cushiony and comfy. The boots felt great on, until I started walking around. I found the leather shaft to be stiff and they cut in to the front of my ankle when I walked. But I don't have super-skinny ankles, maybe they're just not a good fit for me ??

Though these boots are well made and look just like the image, they are uncomfortable because the top front digs into my leg when I walk. I guess the jodphur look is not my thing.

These were the best boots for 1 month! Extremely comfortable and versatile. Unfortunately, they began falling apart at the seams after only a matter of weeks. Disappointed!

A great looking boot, and one that would work well with pants, leggings and skirts. As others noted, the little brad/hardware on the back had popped off in the box (before I unpacked the boots). As cute and comfortable as they were, I decided to return because I didn't want boots where the hardware didn't hold up.

I was disappointed in this boot, not because of the fit but due to the appearance. I ordered the black and the leather was really stiff, it felt cheap and the pair I received didn't have the contrast stitching that's shown on the website. For me, they were also a heavy feeling boot, not light, I decided to return them.

I bought this shoe in olive suede and liked them so much that I ordered them in the black leather. The suede ones are sooooo comfortable and supple. The black ones are a heavy leather and caused pain immediately due to lack of flexibility in the upper shoe. The padded soles are nice though. Also the edge of the upper part of the bootie dug into my ankles, something the suede ones did not. So disappointed because I really wanted them in black too.

This is a good looking boot, I love the color. I have a high arch and these boots were almost impossible to pull on (no zipper) Once they were on, they were too tight in the toe but loose in the heel. I'm sending them back.

Really loved the look but, for me the fit was off. I normally wear a 7 and these boots were too long, but narrow. Thus sizing down for length would not have worked.

This boots look great, but for me they were way to narrow and a bit short. I ordered my usual size 8, but I have to return.

The area around the ankle was wide. I found it made them too loose and caused slipping. I also didn't like that the toe area was darker than the rest of the boot.

Unfortunately they fit a bit tight mid foot. Very cute and how I wished they fit!

Comfy boot -- but the grommet on the back broke off as I tried them on.

I have high arches and wide feet. These were comfortable but I could have done with more arch support. Unfortunately, after 6 weeks of normal wear the elastic gore started separating from the leather and formed a hole. I was disappointed that these did not hold up but very happy with Zappo's customer service resolving the situation.

I have had these boots a little over 2 months and they are falling apart at the top seams. Very disappointed considering they were expensive. Would not recommend.

I love these boots but after only 2 month of wearing them, the soles are starting to wear out. I just had to glue the heel back on, and the white plastic on the sole is now starting to show through. I am frankly surprised that these boots are wearing out so quickly. I love them so much I am disappointed they were not made with better quality, especially considering the price.
