Love! My feet have been hurting lately due to living in flip flops and other shoes with no support. I wanted something cute and supportive for fall. These are perfect. Great support for my moderately high arches, and heel pain is gone. I ordered the "denim la mesa" color, which doesn't really match the color on the photo. Definitely a greyish blue, with a weathered finish. The color is different, but cute!

I have medium to wide feet and a bunion on one foot, making it very difficult to fit most shoes (I usually have to go through at least 10 pair to find a decent fit). These were a dream right out of the box and are only becoming more comfortable after a week and a half of constant wear. I wore them all day at work and walked home, just over a mile, on the first day, with no discomfort whatsoever. Lots of compliments on style as well from the college students I work with, as well as my friends and colleagues.

I am IN LOVE with these boots! So comfie, and so great looking. I have worn them every single day since they arrived.

This boot is made very well, very stylish. However it is also very narrow! I have average width feet and it was way too narrow for me. Back they go. Thank you Zappos!

I normally wear a 7.5W or 8 in this brand, and decided to err on the smaller side and went with the 7.5 (as there is no wide width available) in whiskey athens. With a thin pair of socks these fit me perfectly. The front of the leather at the ankle will take a little breaking in, but not much. The leather is beautiful, with some nice darker edges at the toe, and not too shiny or scuffed. I usually stick with zip-up boots, and I'm surprised how well these fit with the elastic sides. The traction on the bottom will be great once there's snow and they'll be easy to dress up or down this winter.

These are pretty much the best boots of all time. They required no breaking-in, and the first day I wore them, I walked for about four hours straight - no problems. I might buy some inserts to make them softer and warmer now that it's getting cold, but they're great without. Definitely recommend!!

These boots are super cute but they do run really big. I'm generally an 8/8.5 so I ordered the 8.5 first figuring I'd be wearing these shoes with thick socks but had to return them and then the 8 as well. The 7.5 ended up fitting well. They're very comfortable and go really well with jeans and leggings.

Waaaay to small. Ordered my normal size 8.5 M and it felt 2 sizes to small.

I've worn these shoes every day since I bought them and I am so glad I made the purchase. They are street-ready...very comfortable for work and for walking around town and great looking. Make the plunge and don't look back.

I usually wear a 6.5 to 7 depending on style/brand and have a slightly wide (not true wide) foot. I ordered this in a 7 and it fit well with no socks (not a fan of socks). They were ever so slightly too tight for my foot when I put my inserts in but I feel that would change with wear. They look great on and are good quality. The leather is a bit stiff right out of the box so it rubs the front of the ankle and the instep where it flexes but I feel that would change pretty quickly with wear.

Ample cushioning for long periods of standing. Comfortable for walking. Look good with dress pants or jeans.

Leather is lovely but seems like it will scratch easily; definitely lighter color than the photo but I actually really like it. The heel material feels cheap. Returning because they are too large.

I really wanted these to work for me but the forefoot was too narrow. I didn’t like the contrast colored stitching but that wasn’t a dealbreaker for me since I like the boot otherwise. Didn’t fit so returning.

I am going to exchange them for a pair a size smaller. Great quality. Easy to get on and off. Sturdy treads. I think they run large.

These are very nice boots, but they didn't fit, so I had to return them. Most reviews said they run large and to order a half size down. I wear a 6 1/2 and ordered a 6; they were too small. I then ordered a 6/1/2; they were too big. I was disappointed that neither fit. The sizing is a bit strange.

I love the fit and feel, but I was hoping for a nice rich brown as in the picture. Instead it is a pale tannish brown. Not for me. I like a darker whiskey, I guess.

As was mentioned in other reviews, the shoes run a bit large and the red color isn't very red. I am usually a 7.5 and had to return the first pair I ordered for a size 7. The "Red Artisto" color is more of a dark brown with slight hints of red, so if you're hoping for a wine or burgundy color (as the picture shows), you'll be a bit disappointed. The soles are great and these are super comfortable, and the style of Chelsea boot is still fabulous so I decided to keep them regardless of the color discrepancy.

I really like the style of the boot, but am a little disappointed in the color. I wouldn't say these boots are red at all! I keep thinking the brown boots have been put in the red box. I like the style, and the color is nice (if you want more of a brown boot). I usually wear a 7.5, but feel like I could've gotten a 7 and been fine.

Great black leather boot - esp for the price!! Good toe room without being bulky - I had no trouble pulling it on. Nicely tailored. It has a nice size opening at the top - not too tight nor too loose - so can wear skinny jeans over the top even.

I have foot issues, particularly Morton's neuroma in my right foot. Finding a shoe, especially, a boot that does not kill me is a daunting task. This season I tried on many......MANY. I kept this boot, in groovey olive green, and have worn them a lot and they're as comfortable as I could ask for. True to size, padded arch support, non-constricting toe box made me want to order another pair in black. Alas, sold out! (And for good reason.)

The only issues I had were that the loop broke when I tried them on and the staining to darken the toes was a little uneven. I ordered a replacement pair and they were just fine. And as usual, Zappos customer service was excellent! I would definitely recommend them.

This was exactly what I have been looking for in a low heel boot. I originally ordered a 6.5, but that turned out to be to big. The 6 is a better fit. Wish it wasn't so snug in the width. Hopefully,it will loosen up after a while.

These shoes are comfortable off the bat. My ankles don't float in them because the elastic makes the closure snug. I normally wear a size 11.5, but the size 10 fit perfectly, so they run large. The color is just a hint of Burgundy and goes with everything I have in that color family.
