Gorgeous shoe! This color is a perfect red. The heel seat needs to be snugger, my heel slipped out as I walked. The footbed is glorious and comfortable. I am an 11 narrow but the medium of this shoe fit perfectly, with the only problem being the floppy heel. I am going to try a 10 to see if this helps with the lose heel.

These shoes look beautiful despite being "comfort" shoes, but run really small. The shoe also contains way too much cushioning inside to make it "comfortable," which is why I think there is so little room left for one's actual feet! Sop in the end, the shoes felt amazing on my soles, but because they were so padded, felt narrower and shorter, and were very painful every else but the sole. Buy one size up, and if needed put a soft spacer near the heel to help with slippage.

Love these shoes but they run a bit big. Unfortunately I have to return them.

I love these heals! I have flat feet and bad knees. There is no way I was ever thinking that i can find comfortable heals over 1". But those are it! Besides being very stylish, they are super comfortable. On the first day i wore them for 12 hours straight, and only after 10 hours i started feeling that i wanted to take them off. They are made with high quality leather, so i stenches just a tiny bit. I tent to wear 7.5/8 size shoes and was wondering whether 8 would be a better fit. It was not. 7.5 was perfect!

These are ridiculously comfortable, I wore them fresh out of the box for a work event and they felt comfortable all night long. At first I thought they would rub at the toe opening, but never had an issue during the night. They are stylish and comfy, what's better than that?

This could be the most amazing heal I've ever purchased. Not only is the style BEAUTIFUL, but these shoes are so comfortable I could play basketball in them (if I wanted to)

This shoe is built for comfort and durability. I like that the heel doesn't have a wrap over it..so a minor scuff doesn't seem as obvious as some other shoes. I got this shoe in Champagne Kingdom Snake and it adds some flair to my professional attire. I can wear these all day because of the cushioned footbed Sofft is known for.

I love these sexy shoes! I normally wear a 7.5, but always a 7 in heels. The 7 fit great. A tiny bit too tight, but I know they will stretch enough to be perfect after a few wearings.

Nicely designed, thickness of heel makes for more support and shoe doesn't feel cheap at all. Paring inside makes the shoe comfortable. Excellent so far.

I needed some emergency, closed-toed pumps for a party. These fit the bill, and though they are a little more scandalous looking in real life they are still acceptable for a middle aged woman. I don't know if they are slightly narrow or if my feet have gotten wider but I was able to have them stretched overnight and it worked perfectly. They are comfortable, with excellent padding in the sole, and cute.

LOVE this highly stylish yet ridiculously comfortable pump. Fit & color spot on. Many compliments in my first time wear. Easily works for fun or work environment, so versatile. Sofft has done it again with this winner!

Beautiful well-made shoe with lots of padding. But sadly I had to return because the heel was too wide and shoes slipped off my heel.

Super adorable and comfortable. I do have wider feet so they are a little snug on the sides. If you have normal width you'll be fine. They do have some cushion support inside which makes it a plus

The shoes are really pretty, go with a lot of different colors, and are very comfortable. The pattern is different on each shoe. If you are someone who is expecting the two shoes to have the same snakeskin pattern, you should look at a different color/shoe. Also, I found that the heel was a little wide. I added a pad in the back for added comfort and haven't had any issues since.

This is a beautiful shoe but it was not comfortable. One shoe was too loose and the other too small. I have not had that problem with any other Sofft shoes.

These are beautiful shoes: the leather is rich and the color is the perfect red. The padding is also exceptional. Unfortunately, the toebox is quite narrow, and it seems like the left toebox is tighter than the right. This isn't something I've ever experienced with Sofft. I don't think I can break it in, so it has to go back.

I love this brand, but this pair just didn't work. The top of the shoe cuts barely at the end of my toes and pinches. Toe box too narrow and heel too wide. Love the style--super cute, but not for me.
