Absolutely great socks. The grips on the bottom of the sole help prevent slipping, while the low-ankle band keeps the sock securely in place. Other grip socks I've worn actually slide off my feet when worn during exercises such as splits on the pilates reformer. These socks stay in place throughout. They fit true to size and hold up well in the laundry. I launder gentle/cold & hang to dry.
