I only received the left shoe of this pair in my order from Zappos. So will obviously be returning it. I called to ask how to report this but was told just to return it with no other special communication. Wanted to at least document it somewhere. Overall, I have been very happy with Zappos service, and this is the first time something like this has happened.

These are very comfortable shoes. They have excellent arch support, and the wide fit my wide feet perfectly. Several people said that these run small, but I found them to be true to size. Definitely a keeper.

Ordered these & sent back for next larger size ..felt tighter than others I have..absolutely love them

The fit is great and true to size

Love these shoes. True to size. Comfortable all day in the OR. Running around from room to room was comfortable. No slip in wet environments helpful. Overall great shoe. I can use for stars in style because some of the print was smudged in the manufacturing process.

Very cute, much lighter-weight and more comfortable than similar brands. Needs a little time to soften up.

Very nice shoe. Plain, but really comfortable right out of the box, with good fit. This will be an everyday shoe for me so my main concern was comfort, not necessarily jazzy style. This shoe meets that requirement!

Very cute and width is great fit in the length at the toe box but wide in the heel.

I love this shoe - but it is about 1/2 size too large when I put my orthotic in the shoe.

They rubbed my upper heel otherwise I liked them. Great arch support. i wanted to be able to wear them but sadly My heel tops would have got blisters.

Very cute shoes, but they were too small. I wear an 8 or 8.5. I had to return them.

Top of shoe sits far enough forward to show socks, so as much as I like these shoes I need to return. They just don't look right with many of the pants I would wear them with.

With Alegrias, I feel like Goldilocks. They are wonderful, well constructed shoes, but getting the right size is maddening. I feel so badly sending this larger "exchange" pair back to Zappos. I wish Alegria could get their act together with sizing. At a minimum, they should give actual measurement of shoe so one could measure her foot to select size. So sorry, Zappos. Thanks for your great service and taking the risk out of trying.

Love the look of this style of Alegria. More comfortable than the other styles. My granddaughter wants them! Too bad for her as her feet are too big.

Too small

Really nice shoe, just didn't fit and next size down would have been too small. Kept slipping off the heel--wrong style for me

I love Alegria Kelli. I order wide and order one whole size up. If I really like a shoe and there is no wide I will order it anyway and and interchange the insoles. That is the beauty of Alegria. The widths lie in the insoles and not the shoes.

Too loose in the heel for me and the arch was in the wrong place for my foot
