Felt like it was a little low inside in front against my hammertoe. The heel slipped a bit when I walked in them. That may not happen to everyone as I have a narrow heel. Worth a try. Cute shoe. Comfy. I loved the blue. Kept another pair of Alegria in the same size and color. Easy returns and refunds at Zappos.

The first pair of these were wonderful and so I ordered a second pair in a different color. They squeaked! I struggled through thinking they would stop. After about a month and a half of ED nursing the night shift, I chatted with Zappos (Erin), who sent me out a new pair that I received the next business day! How do they do that? Love my no squeak Debra shoes. Couldn't be happier with Zappos.

Love these shoes. They aren’t to cutest but the comfort and support is unmatched.

I have many foot problems including arthritis. These shoes are the answer to my issues, so comfortable and supportive. Thanks to Zappos for patiently sending and returning til I was satisfied. The prints are such fun, I get compliments from all ages and I’m 71!!

Love the Debra! So comfortable! I like to get a size where I can wear thin socks with them in cold weather and then use a heel grip for sockless transitional weather. Expands wearing time for me. For summer I like Verona.

I find these shoes to be very comfortable. It is very hard for me to wear closed-toe shoes, because I have an ingrown toenail on my right foot, along with several other problems with this foot. This shoe makes it possible for me to wear a closed toe, which is very nice in colder weather. It also has a good arch support and I love the color.

Best shoe ever. The red heart design is so fun. The feel is pure heaven.

Closed toe shoe size Euro 42 in Alegria does not fit a size 12 foot. Maybe 11 1/2.

The insole cushioning was much better years ago. If they were not on sale, I would not have purchased them. The support is not the same as my old Alegrias.

This shoe was really comfortable for the most part but my big toe and the next two are the same length and this caused my third toe to be smashed because the toe of the shoe slants downward. Other than that, the shoe felt glorious. I returned these and ordered the next size up to see if it helps.

Loved the shoe but this stay runs larger than simulate looking pair. Works with thick hand knit socks though.

Well, THIS is disappointing... the 38 is fine on the right foot, a little tight on the left. 39 is WAY too big on the right and better on the left. The upper doesn't feel very forgiving (I don't think it will stretch). I'm SO disappointed, as this "Starlight" color looks like those cars that are one color coming towards you and another color leaving. My shoes are my transportation so I had high hopes. It's back to my old standby; Merrill's jungle mocs. For a minute a few years ago I actually found them in PURPLE and RED!! but no more...

Material felt stiff and “opening” too small to slide in foot. Big and bland appearance compared to other colorful Alegria.

They run shorter than the Debra Professionals I've worn for many years. They used to run 9 to 9- 1/2. Now it's a 9 or a 9-1/2 to 10. Also I didn't care for the pattern, less attractive in person . I really wanted the plain black which were no longer available in my size. Only ordered these because it was all that was available in my size. But since too short I have to size up. I'm wondering if they Debra and Debra Professional are slightly different in sizing.

I was so disappointed to discover that these shoes were quite stiff leather. That was a deal-breaker for me. I'll keep looking.

I sent back this shoe (it was black with a design in the leather) because even though my wide foot fit into it, it was tight enough to pull my sock tight around my toes when I slipped my foot inside it. That made my foot feel very uncomfortable. However, I liked the walking feel of this shoe. It supported my heel lift under the existing padding, too.

The Arch on the right shoe was higher than the left. I returned the first pair and the second pair was the same way. It is a visible size difference in the insole. I emailed the company and their solution was I buy a new pair of insoles for $39.99. After paying $140 for these shoes. Zappos customer service is great though. Took less than 24 hours to get the second replacement pair. Algeria company customer service is terrible.

The shoes are cute! However, they had too much of an arch for me, so they weren't comfortable. I had to return them.

I own quite a few pairs of Alegria shoes which were recommended by my foot doctor. In need of a fall pair of shoes, I reached out to a brand that seems to work for my problematic feet. Sadly, this pair had to be returned - due to a very high instep, I was not even able to get my foot in; after squeezing in, the shoe felt so tight, my toes were in pure agony and pain from being so crammed. A great disappointment, as Alegria is one of very few brands that I can actually wear for any period of time without feeling excruciating pain after a while.

Downsizing everything and looking for products that wear more than one hat since I continually travel. I've had the backless version by this brand several years ago and really enjoyed them but they were definitely a one trick pony Due to the print I chose. I bought the Debra in the Spin Dr print and they have exceeded my expectations. The picture doesn't do them justice. Comfort and support are on point. I can wear these to work or just kicking around in leggings and a big shirt. My only issue is I have a narrow heel and these slip a bit but not enough to bother me. I also thought they were smooth leather but they are more of a foiled suede texture. I have a pretty high instep and was worried it would cut into the top of my foot, but no problemo! Been wearing them all day and don't want to take them off.

These were so uncomfortable, I couldn't even get them on my feet. The look of the shoe was great, and I was very disappointed that they were so tight and uncomfortable. I returned them and of course, with Zappos phenomenal return policy, it was easy and painless!

Again, these shoes not comfortable with such stiff leather. The style is a little too outrageous looking.

These lovely shoes aren’t a good fit for me anymore. I have neuropathy in my toes, leather just too stiff.
