These are very smart shoes and quite comfortable. Unusually for me (with high arches and a narrow heel) they fit like a glove with no hot spots or break-in period. However, they have no tread to speak of, so if you work somewhere with hardwood or waxed floors, these shoes aren't your friend.

Love the look and material. Wish I would have ordered a smaller size. I can't get them tight enough.

Great looking boot! Runs a bit big but not enough to return for my size. Ordered a 10, in hindsight would've gone with a 9.5. When you first put them on, it feels like they don't have any grip (walked on carpet, tile and laminate). After a few days it seems to have found some. Not ideal for snow, great on asphalt and concrete. Overall I'd recommend them!

Great shoes . Stylish , comfortable ( although you need arch support and extra inserts ) .Side zippers can be better. For rainy days ...chose something else . Very slippery sole and no water repellent. Overall i like them and recommend it . I'm walking every day on concrete / cement / hard floors .

I normally wear a 10.5, occasionally a 10. I had to get these in a size 9 for the correct fit. Runs very large.

I have several pairs of Steve Madden shoes boots, for the price they're good for a season or so if worn carefully. Not in the same league as Johnston Murphy etc but they are 50% less I normally take a 9.5 but ordered the 9 which still felt too big. Going to order the 8.5.

First of all, these are fantastic looking boots. If they fit right they’d look great with most anything. I bought a size 10 as that’s my normal size. These were great for width, felt just right, but the toe is just way too long.. like clown shoe long. There was easily 1.5 inch from toe to tip of the boot, even for this style that’s way too much.

The sole on these is quite thin and so if you’re planning to do any walking, these are not for you. I walk about a mile each day and I experienced immediate foot pain and stiffness in the calves. Having no choice, I ventured on, and am now nursing sore heels and painful shins. Good looking boots though... go very well with jeans. Another issue was that, straight out of the box, the soles had very little grip. I felt like I was walking on ice for the first 20 minutes until the soles got a bit scuffed, after which the grip improved marginally.

The shoe was a bit too flimsy for me. I like something sturdy, especially I a leather boot. The craftsmanship was good and the style is great though.

These shoes were very comfortable when I received them, however they have absolutely no grip on the bottom so you slip on carpet with each step. As a result, I sadly had to return them despite how lovely they look.

Too uncomfortable for work unfortunately. Nice looking shoes.

I wore these shoes 20 times in 6 mos and the zippers both broke. I called zappos and they said normal wear and tear.bs they did give shipping cost back ,but I think they should have replaced them. I'm pissed

Didn’t even try them on. Color was not as attractive as the photos, and they looked absurdly long, like elf shoes.

the fit and size are fine and the material is nice, its a great looking boot. This is the 6th pair of Steve Madden Shoes that i have had. and until this pair I would rave about the comfort. But honestly these boots are incredibly UNcomfortable. I have endured a longer then necessary break in period and they are just not comfortable at all. I am really disappointed with these shoes. Zappos doesnt make them, im not ubset with anything zappos, these boots are just not comfortable

I loved these boots, but they quickly came apart at the joint between sole and upper. Shoe repair place said they couldn't fix it, so the shoes go in the trash. Super disappointed.
