I really like this boot, it's comfortable and well made. My previous boots were the skyridge that lasted me two year of weekly use (just need a resole job now). The quality of Danner has been proven; That is why I choose the 600 over other brands.

These boots are warm and dry. I regularly use them on walks, dog walks, and walks in the woods. I will eventually purchase a pair of Hunting Boots.

These boots were amazing right out of the box! Only thing negative is the grip on wet rock/surfaces. The soles are a harder rubber than I am used to and are scary slippery on wet surfaces. Other than that amazing! Only my second pair of Danners and I do recommend you try a pair.

Great boots very comfortable, lightweight, and have good traction. I did wear the bottoms out in 6 months, but that is typically all I can get out of other hiking boots as well.

My 2nd pair. Absolutely phenomenal boot that lives up to its waterproof claim. No break in time and zero blisters after putting 12 miles on them right out of the box

These are comfortable, but they feel more like sneakers than boots. On the plus side, they don’t really require any break in. I’ve worn them on a few short hikes and they’ve been fine

The comfort and style are the best parts of the boot. Comes with Tan and red colored laces. The boots are a full size larger than normal.

Great style. Looking for a comfortable work boot that can be worn after hours and on the weekends and the Danners fit the bill perfectly! Bought 1/2 size smaller and a little wide for my foot with. A thin sock but overall a very solid boot!

I wore one pair for 5 years as work shoes, another pair I've had as long but only wear periodically as hiking shoes. They are quite possibly the most comfortable boot I've owned. Very supportive and sturdy and sure footed on uneven ground. the soles are sticky on ricks and bend just enough to mold my steps to the ground to feel planted and agile. The problem is the seams. these shoes will split at the seams very early if worn regularly. When that happens they are no linger waterproof. My hiking pair has been spared this problem but only because I don't wear them that often. the work pair was blown out on both shoes within a year but kept going otherwise. If they fixed this problem I would repurchase. I'm replacing with something else

The fit is good for a wide foot. There is a definate curve to the shoes which made me feel like I was pitched forward so they are going back.

Good solid boot with great soles for hikes. Only issue I have is a slight pinch on one shoe- top of the foot where it flexes pinches down on my pinky toe. Just something to look out for- I'm hoping once it gets broken in more, the pinch will go away. Other than that, the shoe is pretty comfortable and I'm able to walk miles in the city or the trails. The modern style allows it to be worn both in the city or in the outdoors. The lacing system is basic and I haven't had any issues with it.

I tried these size 11 boots on when they arrived and they were way too big. I ordered them based on the sizing recommendations on the L L Bean website. They looked like a well made boot so I returned them and ordered a size 10, I hope they fit.

6 months is not enough time for soles to be worn out. Repair price is too high to justify doing.
