I love these booties, they fit like a glove! My feet are a little narrow and I can wear wool blend socks with them. I was all set to order the black suede, I'm so glad I got them in the gray! At first I thought the sole was leather, it wears like a leather sole but after wearing it I see at least the bottom portion is a composite. The heal looks and feels like a true stacked-leather heal. They are extremely comfortable and versatile. They look elegant with my pink cashmere sweater & dark gray dress pants and they also go with jeans. The tassles add sass. Some reviewers complained they aren't lined. The footbed is nicely padded and true enough, the upper is not lined but that's why it fits like a glove. They are warm and the sole is thick enough to keep the suede upper off the ground. Gorgeous!

Originally ordered half size up per recommendations of reviewers however had to send back for my normal size 8. Fits true to size- thrilled with style, comfort & color so much so, immediately ordered in Black.

You can see when you open the box that these boots are high-quality. They’re soft, and hold their shape.

I bought and returned a LOT of booties, but for me, these are by far the most comfortable. They have a more rounded toe than most, so maybe that helps. I usually wear an 8.5 or a 9. The 8.5 fits great in these. I hope they bring back the light gray color!

These ran a bit small so we had to re-order in the next half size up. Both the sueded upper and leather sole seems like very good quality.

Wonderful booties! I bought these two years ago and they are still my favorite booties. I came back and bought them in two more colors so I’m obsessed. They are comfortable but I will say that they are stiff in the toe, so this shoe won’t be conforming to your foot. Doesn’t bother me, I love them.

LOVE these booties! Bought the tan/beige color last year and when i saw them on sale again i bought them in black! They fit like a glove once you wear them for a day. I generally wear a 7.5 to 8 in shoes depending on brand. I ordered the 7.5 and A little tight at first but like i said before once you wear them for a day they give a little and feel great!!!!! I get so many compliments when i wear them!! I plan on buying them in the gray color!! lol

Cute and classic. Cut around ankle makes these extra comfortable.

Love these booties!! The leather is so soft and they fit perfectly. I use orthotics in all of my shoes, so can’t comment on the arch support. Likely will buy these again in the grey color as well.

I ordered a 9.5 (I usually wear 9-10 varies) but sent back to get a 9 because they slipped on my heel a little bit. So I feel they were true to size. Comfortable and stylish and functional- I love the low heels!

my only beef with these is that one of the zippers is a little sticky...they are comfortable enough for a shoe like this and they are cool. i have only worn 2x for about 3-4 hrs and they seem to be loosening up a bit which i would like--it seems they will get more comfortable with wear

I usually wear a 5 1/2 or 6. The 5 1/2 was okay, but I could only wear a very light sock, so I exchanged them for a 6. I LOVE the style, but wish they also had a non-suede option so I won't have to worry about them getting wet. The sole is very hard, so that will probably require some break-in time.

These look so amazing but unfortunately they're really narrow and hurt after just a few minutes (my feet are a bit wider). I'm going to return them but I'm really disappointed because they're so cute.

Feel true to size. Love the heel height. Can't wait for it to stop raining long enough for me to wear the outside. Very stylish.

Love these boots! I had gotten a pair of Dolce Vita in a similar style from another online company and they fit fine except around my ankles. They were too big. So back they went and I decided to try these. They are more snug around the ankle and just fit better all the way around. Love the double zippers and the slightly distressed look. I got the anthracite grey suede and really like the color. It will be a good neutral for winter. Size-wise I went with 8.5 which is my normal size. Zappos customer service is top-notch! I ordered my boots on a Wednesday afternoon and they arrived the next day!! Thank you so much!

These boots are beautiful, well-constructed, look and feel expensive, and have a cushy bottom. I've ordered a lot of tan ankle boots, trying to find the right ones, and these are it: they look great and they feel great. The only thing that makes me a little nervous is the softness of the top portion of the boot, but that is part of what makes it comfortable.

These were much more comfortable than typical booties. The sole was more solid and supportive than most and had nice cushioning. I typically wear an 8.5, sometimes 9, and ordered the 9 based on reviews and they were perfect. Super cute!
