I received a size 10 yesterday 12-22-2020. They were to big .I call Zappos exchange depth. I got a very helpful lady on the line I told her the problem. She told me she'd ship me a size 9. 24 hrs. later I had them. Over all I'm very pleased wit the boots and Zappos. The only negative I have is I wish they had a pull on tab in the back.

For those seeking this style of boot with room for custom insoles, these are the best ones I've ever had over the past 10+ years. You get to leave in the cushion and there's plenty of room since they run a little big. So you get the best of both without overdoing the arch support. The sole grips well, which I've had issues with before being too slick and doesn't really show on the pic. Now, I'm just hoping the zipper lasts but it seems pretty solid. Definitely a good value at this price.

I sent one pair back and ordered the florsheims because their an old brand. The size was perfect. Did put a soft inner sole in for my own comfort. I wear them everyday and their still comfortable.

I have very big, wide, feet and it's difficult to buy boots online for me. This was the third pair that I got and the first of those that fit comfortably. So, if you find boots too narrow for your feet, this is probably a good match. Nice and warm and comfortable as well.

I am a large guy, over 6‘4“ tall, with size 14 EEE feet. I have some problems with planter fasciitis. These boots come in large sizes with a wide range of width options. I found they fit me large enough to add an additional orthotics. This is exactly what I needed. I really like the suede leather lining. It makes the boots very comfortable. Also, they don’t seem to mark floors like some other shoes I have. I like these boots well enough to order them in two colors.

This is a very nice dress boot for the money. I first ordered this boot in brown in size 10M. I normally wear a 10.5 but ordered it smaller than what I normally wear due to other reviews. The boot is a full size too large. I know this because after I found this boot to be too large I ordered a 9.5 in black which fits. I will wear this 9.5 to see how it feels for a few weeks before I decide to order the same style in brown in 9.5. The boot is relatively comfortable but did rub the front of my leg when I first started using the 9.5. After an hour or so it is starting to get broken in and more comfortable. I have a pair in burgandy that I have worn for 20 plus years which is as comfortable as a slipper but since the leather exterior looks worn I wanted to replace it. Unfortunately, I can't find the same boot in the burgandy.

These boots are very comfortable, have a nice suede lining, look great, and fit well. Love them.
