I wear a 3E and these fit perfect. Looked great out of the box and still comfortable.

I’ve had Florsheim shoes like this for a decade. I needed to get 2 full sizes smaller than my normal shoe size with other brands for these to fit. The ones I got that are similar in 2015 were labeled 7D, which is odd because I wear a 10.5 in most shoes. I checked Florsheim’s size guide and based on my current foot measurements, I should be a 10.5 in this shoe. I received the 10.5 and it was INCHES bigger than my foot. Weird. I exchanged for a 9.5, and it ALSO was way too big. Like a clown shoe. So I ended up going into a DSW that didn’t have this model in stock, but had the laced one. I found that the Midtown Oxford Toe 8.5D was closest in size to my old pair of shoes. However, I checked another model of Florsheim, and needed an 8D to fit comfortably. I ended up getting an 8.5D in black and in cognac from Zappos. When they arrived, the black one fit fine, but the cognac one felt way too wide and was clearly cut and made differently. One said made in India, the other made in China. So I got one last pair of cognac 8.5D’s in hopes that I had received a faulty/mismade pair and that last pair fit the same as the 8.5D in black. What a mess. They’re comfortable and look great (minus a few scuffs on the fitting cognac ones), but the sizing is not only all over the place amongst Florsheim as a brand, but all over the place as far as model-to-model. Why I need a shoe sized 2 full sizes smaller than every other brand is bizarre, especially given their size guide would say otherwise.

The length was fine but the shoes were tight across the top of the foot.
