Unfortunately this shoe runs extremely big. I had to return the item. I am very disappointed with the customer service. Was never able to reach out to them. Emailed them and no answered either. Horrible return experience.

I have a serious problem with Florsheim shoe sizing, as they tend to be bigger than the advertised size. I wear size 91/2" W in dress shoes, which is a size 10" M. I bought a reduced size 91/2" M in these shoes, based upon previous purchases of other Florsheim shoes. The width was fine, but the toe room of the shoes was still over an inch. Now I'll have to purchase another pair of shoes at a further reduced size 9" M to get the fit that I desire. I have never experienced this problem with any other shoe brand. What a pity.
