Pretty shoe but heel was too loose so will need to return.

These are really nice looking shoes- love the wide, blocky heel. I sent them back only because the leather has a very matte finish and I wanted something a little shinier, and for that price they better be perfect ?

Purchased for work purposes. Navy suede color was a perfect match for uniform. Heel height not too high (but still sexy) and not too low to be matronly. True to size. Toe cleavage and moderate arch support

Fit well, but the toe box is too short. I hate showing toe-cleavage. If you have long toes, you know what I mean. They seem comfortable.

I was really bummed that I had to send these shoes back! The style, color, heel and even the length (8.5) were great. I have a wide foot and the toes were tight, but the real problem was the top of the shoes hit my bunions!

I bought these shoes in black leather, in my normal size of 7.5. They fit true to size and look great. They are well made and worth a little extra $ to me. They are heels, so no they are not super comfortable, but as heels go they are more comfortable to me than others I have that are similar heel height. Definitely will go with just about any outfit for work or casual I can see wearing these a lot!

These shoes look great. The block heel makes them more comfortable than a normal heel. The one complaint I have is the stitching on the insole is irritating because it creates a ridge that runs the ball of my foot. I also needed to use bandaids after wearing the shoes a couple times.

Love the style - these don’t feel dowdy which some lowish heels do....but was a half size too big. I wear 8 in shoes, 8.5 in boots and 9 in running shoes and I had to return the 8s because I need a 7.5.

Cute shoe, good color - not too grey and not too tan. Toe bed is tight, I kept the 6 and returned the 5 1/2 to give the toes more room. Will put a pad in the foot. Heel is good height, not too tall.

Great shoe, very comfortable. Ordered in black cherry but they just look black when I got them. I couldn't tell they had any cherry color at all. Sending back, but ordering in a different color.

Pretty shoe, but really large. I was a bit disappointed this time with Zappos...and that never happens, but it was obvious these shoes had been worn before. I am actually glad they were too large because I wasn't looking forward to spending this much money for previously used shoes.

I bought the blue fabric (velvet) shoes to wear to a wedding. The shoes are gorgeous and nice quality with leather soles. However, I will return them because the toe is pointier than I expected and they were also too long. I am normally a size 8.5 (US) or 39 (Euro). My feet are wide in front and narrow in the heel. Unfortunately, these just did not work for me. I do love the heel style, color and materials, though. If they had a wider toe box, I would likely re-order them in a size 8.

The pointed-toe keeps this from looking like your grandmother's shoe. Quality is acceptable for this priced shoe. Like 'em!

Agree with other reviewers that these shoes are beautiful but run a half size big. Also, this is not a 2.5" heel-- these are solidly 3" heels. I am doubtful they would be comfortable at the right size.

I was excited about these shoes and decided to spend a little extra since I'd get a lot of good out of them but they were not comfortable. They are very stiff and unpadded.

Quality shoe for the price, but the toe was a little bit too tight and pinchy. Maybe they would stretch out, but I didn't love them enough to chance it.

Little too big

I have a narrow foot and hoped these would be narrow enough, but they aren't. They also hit me at a bad part of my instep. I'm just hard to fit!
