It looks good but uncomfortable

The leather had some dye flaws in it. The toe box was super small and thin.

I wanted to love these but couldn't make them work for me. They kept slipping off when walking, and I'm pretty sure a half size smaller would have been too short. Kept the Clarks heels instead, as they have to last through a full work day.

These beautiful shoes arrived a bit scuffed inside a generic box with no paper or padding to protect the suede. Sad to receive a nice expensive shoe shipped in such a way. Zappos, you are slipping in your quality control

These shoes are very uncomfortable to me. The heel is higher than the details listed on this website.

Pointed, squished toes! Not comfortable at all

I ordered an 8.5 and it was too large so I ordered an 8. I always wear an 8 to 8.5 shoe. I don't have anything smaller than an 8 but I am trying a third time with a 7.5. These shoes were very nicely made and comfortable but definitely ran an entire size larger.

Shoes were placed in a box that was way too big with no tissue paper so shoes were tossed around in box and damaged upon arrival!!!

I had these shoes in Red and they were really comfy and a perfect height. A nice chunky heel that is easy to walk on. I did however size up with these ones. Not sure why I needed a half size bigger.

Ordered my usual size 8, but could fit my thumb in the back of the shoe. Unfortunately, they weren't available in 7.5 in a color I wanted.

Fits true to size. Worked perfectly for a wedding with shades of pink as bridesmaids colors. Would match well with most colors

Most comfortable heeled shoe I own. I wear these to work everyday and I'm always walking around the office. I have them in two colors and I think I might get another. 10/10.
