The metal thing on the side and the advantage of folding them down.

I went through the size measuring on site and got the size recommended. I think maybe a smaller size would be better but not sure. I wear US 6.5 and got size 7. My foot slips around when walking so I will only use them for house boot while working at my computer to keep me warm while sitting a long time. I'm happy with them and would buy a size smaller on next purchase. I read all the interviews on how to care for them and I had the UGG product that my daughter gave to spray on and brush and am so very glad I protected them. I will not wear any of my footwear without socks or nylons except for flip flops. I am very picky and want my boots to stay pristine. With wool socks and the the warmth of the boot I still get cold at work so I wear a coat but my feet stay warm. I have warm feet but ice-cold fingers so I guess I need to find something for my hands where the tips of my finger are able to keyboard. Maybe UGG can work on something for ice cold hands.

I love the boots

Great boots, I have a pair in another color and they're a perfect fall weather boot/indoor super warm house slipper. Be careful not to get them too wet though, and spray them with an added water protectant to keep them looking nice longer if you are going to be outside with them in the snow.

Very soft. Will stretch fast. Not for narrow foot.

Love the boot, but could have something to hold the boot shut tighter by the tassel. But I love the boot.

I like that you can cuff the boot and the fringe is perfect to give it something extra.

I love the boots I have worn them almost every day. The top of the boots are rolling over what can I do? I wish I had bought thr shorter ones.

I actually have it out for exchange and it is taking a bit too long for return.. Any way i can speed up the process?

I loved them when I first got them but the dangle metal part caused a dark black stain on both sides of my boots that I cannot get off.

Enjoy keeping my feet warm. Would love more arch support but a great product.

We received the product and after first wear the button came off. We have returned them and will exchange them for the same pair.

I tried to exchange my purchase and the procesding for exchanges took weeks so i never got my boots. The phone representative said later its always better to return and reorder to guarantee that you will get your size.

love the boot and the comfort, however the decorative button is making my boot turn a gray color underneath it, the top of the boots are are curling over and not staying straight up...this is frustrating as this is the reason why i returned the first pair i had

These were cute online and in person. However the stitched seam across the top of the foot was so tight I could hardly get my foot in. Once my foot was in, the seam was still very tight. I haven't had this issue before with other UGGs.

I bought these thinking that I would just wear them without folding them. I don't like the folded down look. After two wears, they fold down by themselves. Do not buy unless you like the last picture shown where they are folded over.

I have been an UGG customer for years, and I am generally happy and satisfied with my purchases, but my newest pair of boots deserve like 2 out of 5 stars. After wearing them in a rainy day, and only after about a month and have of having these boots, they look like a 3-4 year-old pair of boots; I cannot wear them anymore! my feet were wet when I took of my boots, and my toes were all brownish!

The shape was off, and not very much fur at all for the winter boot

I bought UGGS for my girlfriend for Christmas and the quality is not good. I'm really disappointed. By the 3rd use the keychain on the side started falling out. My gf had to wash them because the key chain on the of the boot stained. Not buying uggs again. If I could give them no stars I would. Really embarrassing that my gf had to tell me the uggs are falling apart within 3 days.
