The fit is true to size, and they are extremely cute and comfortable! The delivery was so fast, and they arrived perfectly packaged. Definitely recommend shopping with Zappos for future purchases!

So comfortable that they feel like slippers! In fact, after a couple of weeks, I bought a similar (Bailey Mini) pair to use as slippers! Wearing with socks, I need a full size larger but, without socks, my regular size works fine. I have a high arch and usually buy wide shoes, but this is just like all the UGG Bailey styles and fits perfectly.

Runs small. Usually I take a 7 in these kind of boots but this was too tight.

I love these UGGs! It is like walking around with a warm hug all around your feet. They are so comfortable I didn’t want to take them off for bed! The tassels and charms are fun and make a very slight sound when you walk. Cute, very comfy and on sale! What more could I ask?

I have worn these a bunch in the very short time before it started to get too warm for them. I wear my black Uggs much more often than other colors, but I like to have something fun and different about them. The Lilou has a different button with some great fun charms. Makes wearing them feel special. Fit perfectly! They are warm and comfy, just like Uggs should be!

I love these boots! Super cute and warm. They are a bit snug around the ankle so it makes them hard to get on. If you suffer from swelling ankles I do not recommend.

Super comfy and cute, cuffs can be turned down on these. In other shoes, I normally wear an 8.5 it 9 or Euro 39, and an 8 in Uggs is plenty roomy.

Very cute boot, but returning because the sherpa lining sticks out more than I had imagined. Going to go with the classic.

I love these! I'm a size 10.5/11 and ordered the 11. I probably could have gotten away with a 10 but it's always hard to tell. My only minor complaint is that they are a bit wide around the ankles/legs. I knew this style wouldn't be tight like my tall uggs but we're still way more open than expected. However I still love them!

Classic Uggs are my go to winter shoe. I'm usually an 81/2, but with the "classic" Uggs I wear a size 8 with no socks and they are perfect. The newer Ugg styles that come in half sizes, I usually end up with a 9 and they just aren't as comfortable. The detailing on these boots is super cute and I like that you can fold down the front if you want. I am probably going to order new tan ones too because my old ones were chewed up by my puppy; otherwise they last for years! And with the tan, the color of the fur contrasts with the suede when you cuff them. Highly recommend!!

These boots are adorable with a little bit of “bling” that sets them apart. I am usually a size 9 in regular shoes and an 8 in Uggs. For some reason the heel is wide in this style and kept slipping when I walked. Otherwise I would have given them an overall rating of 5 stars.

I LOVE this boot! They fit just like all my other UGG boots. I wanted a black UGG boot, but didn't like the Bailey Button ll with the black button. I personally felt it looked cheap with the black button on it. I had to return my first pair because the silver button fell off after a week, but had no problems with returning and getting a new pair AND they were on sale, so I got money back! This new pair has held up very well!

I have never owned a pair of Uggs because, even as an adult, I rarely splurge on my shoes. These are amazing! Great quality that should last a long time. Worth every penny. I wish I had bought them long ago!

I didn't care for this style only because of the way the top opens when you walk. I want these for warmth and it seems to let the warmth out and the cold in. Very cute boot, comfortable when I tried it around the house, but not for me.
