These particular boots are made for a petite person with very small ankles and feet

Nice cute boots but why are they so hard to get on? Once they are on they're nice but it's extremely hard to get your foot in even going a size up and forget putting on with socks !

Dusted Cocoa does not look BROWN! Looks like a brownish gray! Doesn't match the advertised photos from their social media or official website. Seems like every time I order a pair of shoes, there's an inconsistency with these boots

I didn't realize until afterwards but this is not the original ugg brand. The quality on these is not great. I had my original pair for over 15 years and they held up amazingly. These are stiff as cardboard and just not soft or luxurious. I will be reordering a pair from the original ugg 1974 brand. I suggest anyone reading this to do the same!

I have had more than 7 pairs of UGG boots for the last 10 years so I buy a new pair almost each year. This is my first time when I was dissatisfied with the quality, the stain appeared after a snowfall and it looks like low-quality leather paint. I know what stains on ugg shoes look like after moisture and this is not the case. When I submitted a complaint with the warranty office, they refused to help me because ugg shoes are not designed to be worn in the snow. " The limited 1 year warranty does not extend to damages or defects caused by water or accidental damage. It is understandable that our items are pre-treated to be water-repellant, however, they are not waterproof and should not be used in harsh weather such as storms. Please note that our warranty does also state that Accidental damage includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by pets, direct heat, food, arts and crafts supplies, inclement weather, natural phenomena, playground equipment, sharp objects, etc. " I am very disappointed with the service and will never buy from the manufacturer. Waste of money.

I don't like that these shoes have a white looking residue on both shoes. I did an exchange and the new ones have the white residue in a different area of both shoes. So I guess it's the suede material on the black shoes. I don't like that at all, I'm contemplating sending back for a refund.

This is the second time I'm trying to buy a pair of uggs online and it's the second time I'm getting delivered damaged shoes. The shipping box and the ugh box are fine, but the shoes are scratched up and looking dirty. UGG need to step up their quality control. Or if they can't offer the same quality shoes for online shopping then they shouldn't offer it. Returning this pair and never getting anything from ugg again.

The suede is very discolored and this seems to be a regular occurrence on all the boots.

My black boots arrived and you could see the opaque black, I thought it was normal and now they are white on the front and black on the back, I totally don't know what to do Ugg. Just don't buy the Antilope color. Doesn't look anything like the picture and customer service is not great. Will never purchase here again. Had to give a 1 star but in reality, it's a BIG FAT 0

Since Ugg has decided to make their boots uncomfortably TIGHT & NARROW over the past few years Why not sell WIDE WIDTH BOOTS?? Koolaburra (Uggs middle class artificial cousin) sells Wide Widths and they're always sold out!!

I love Ugg, but this boot is not made like my older Uggs. The material is really flimsy which made me sad. I hope that they start making the boots how they use to make it or at least start charging way less because the quality is not the same.

the back pull on loop and the ugg tag on the right bug is way off center, I believe I received a pair of factory 2nds , unfortunately I did not notice this until about 1 month of use. I have been wearing hugs for 45 years now and never have received a pair like this.

My old Uggs finally needed replacing after years of maintaining them. I bought a few new pairs to try and see which I liked best. I knew right away they felt different. They are definitely cheaper then they used to be, even the lining. Feels like a blend. Returning all the pairs and looking elsewhere for a daily comfort boot that will last and is worth the money. Sad that even ugg has turned into fast fashion. Release and artisan line so those of us who want quality can get a product that will last years. Oh and as always, size down a full size.

So I bought these a while back and I loved them. Recently I noticed the stitching is coming undone in the back. If boots are going to be expensive I would expect them to be good quality. I have a pair of Uggs from years ago when the quality was better and they're still intact. Everything is becoming cheaper for more money.
