You should say to size up.

Warm but bulky

Trash, ugly a boots tore from the side , returned

To small for my Daughter

I love it because of the color but for somewhat reason it's too small, all my other uggs are size 8 and they fit perfect but this one doesn't fit.

I bought this item almost two weeks ago

Was super excited about my package only to find they were ripped in the seam upon opening... very disappointed

I bought the boots and I had to return them because the shaft of the boot was extremely thin looked like I had worn them multiple times when I've only worn them once, I exchanged them for the same pair and this pair creased the first time I wore them very badly. I'm very unhappy with this product never had this problem with my other uggs.

The quality of this boot is nothing like the uggs that I've purchased in the past. The outer shell is not a good quality, they dent in every where.. The fur on the inside is thin and not thick like they usually are.. The over all quality of this boot is trash.. My old ones are more comfortable and warm.

Did not seem to durable

I would not recommend as I bought a pair of purple minis for my girlfriend for her birthday less than a month ago and they are already falling apart.

I wish they were stronger at the seems

Because they're return system won't save your label, you must give the package to the post office directly for a return or you will lose all of your money. The labels are deleted so you need your receipt or you will lose 150?dollars or the cost of item like me. I've cried all day.

Can't get my foot into boot. Don't have wide or fat feet so it has to be a factory defect. Gave them away to a shelter.

Ordered a 9 got 8.

Very disappointed with recent mini purchase. I'm so sad that a once great product is no longer good. Changes in quality, sizing, sheepskin, footbed. Feel a bit cheap and not as comfy as they used to be. Overall very different. Please change the Classics back to the way they used to be! I still have 4 pairs of classics and replaced the most worn out, paid full price - Black Classic Mini.

Not real color

The color was not as rich in person. Much lighter in person.

I was given a pair of blue Mini Short Classic boots as a birthday present. But the shanks and the instep seams are too narrow and my heels can't get in. I have had a pair of this model some years ago, and I never experienced this problem. A few years ago, UGG was a guarantee of comfy boots, easy to put on. But now something has changed and not for better in your shoes-making policy, as if the designers only paid attention to the external details, disregarding the fact that people's feet have such things as heels, insteps and ankles. Classic Short II are also becoming less comfortable as years go by. Adding 1 inch to the width would not harm the aesthetics.

I ordered two pairs, grey and black. Both came with wrinkles marks and the grey pair came with discoloration. Looks like both pairs was used!!!

This is my first review unfortunately that is not 5 stars. First of all, I want to say I have many pairs of uggs in many different styles and have never had any issues whatsoever. Last week I purchased at full price the Mini in the succulent color. A day later I saw that it was on sale. I sent two messages, one last week and one yesterday, but have yet to receive any response at all. Today I received them and am not happy with the quality. On one side of one of the boots along the seam there is either glue or holes where it appears it wasn't sewn/stitched properly. I haven't decided if I'm going to return or keep. However, moving forward I'm thinking uggs won't be getting my business anymore if I can't even get a response from customer service.
