Too bulky I returned them

I was so looking forward to this product- best way keep foot warm while and not having to stuff long pants into the boots. I originally bought the 7- my usual size but too big. Like a size and half. No problem-I live for returns. When I received the 6 I couldn't even get my foot into it. Where is the 6.5??? I love ugg products (have the ansley in three colors, and multiple boots) why isn't there a size for me. Not looking forward to returning. Again.

If you have a high instep or wide foot these are not for you ugg has made the shaft so narrow you will not get your feet In These had to return order the men's and it's the same ugg should be ashamed making these minis this way and I'm a true ugg fanatic

I just can't buy anymore because I have three pairs and my feet are never warm even in 50 degree weather. Not worth the money.

I couldn't fit my foot into the boot. It's like the boot factory doesn't know how to make boots that have good openings. I tried for 5 minutes to get my feet into these boots, and I have baby feet (size 5), so I knew it wasn't me! Find a different option is my best advice

These boots are said to be treated to prevent water damage and discoloration, mine started to warp literally the first day and no one helped to exchange them or even help file a warranty claim. Literal waste of money

Always take a size 8 these were too small recommend bigger size

They are cute but it hard to get my feet in. I have a size 9 which is the size i wear but maybe i should have got a size bigger

I really like the boots but they came with a stain already on them.

Stained in the box. Big dot on the top. Totally upset.

This is my THIRD pair of uggs to fall apart in less than a few months wear. The first time it wasn't a big deal, the seam came undone so I took them back to Nordstrom. Luckily Nordstrom is so good about that. My next pair the bottom completely fell off (not the same pair. I own 4 pairs). I don't walk in the snow I live in California there is no reason the bottom should be falling off! Then my third pair fell apart AGAIN and I've had them less than two months! The seam completely unraveled and of course I bought them from ruelala so I can't do anything about it. If anyone knows any shoes like ugg that are actually good quality let me know!!!

I used to wear these for all occasions. Decker has ruined the fit, fleece, footbed everything. If you want to change Ugg do it with your new designs that I would never go near, but keep the Classics as they were. How could you do this to such an iconic shoe and brand! I will miss the uggs so much since they were a staple for me for all occasions, dressed up or down. Who are you people??? I can't believe you did this!

I have always been a bear paw boots kinda girl but I finally decided this year I was going to try uggsbecause how popular they are. Well I was very disappointed for one thing it takes forever to get them delivered, but i would have gotten over that If when I had got them I was satisfied with them. When they came in there was a huge tear on the seems thru the boot very disappointed. Only complaint I didn't have was I recieved my refund in a timely fashion.

I got this boots it got ripped in the back after I got it and I was upset because I just wasted 140 on this item.

When I returned the shoe at the ugg retail store, the manager told me that this is a common issue and she gets returns on this exact shoe often. The shoe was the correct size however I was not able to fit my foot in.

Could not keep this boot the top opening very small. Like the boot height but have a size 6 foot and still could not get the boot on foot

Purchased the black one, has a strong bad smell, returned it.

Love love love these boots and was so excited to open them Christmas morning. However was super disappointed when I realized the foot hole isn't nearly big enough to get my foot in. The shoe is the correct size. I have many uggs and never had this issue. I tried so many different ways and the shoe absolutely cannot be put on my foot. Super disappointing. How can the hole not be big enough for a foot to get in?! Isn't that the entire point of the shoe? Ughhh so frustrating

I buy my wife a pair of uggs every year, never had this issue. She has to use all her strength to get her foot into the left boot. The right fits just fine. I had her put her left foot in the right boot and it went in easily. So this means the left boot has a smaller rim at the top where she struggles to get her foot in. I didn't know about it until a week later when I saw her struggling to put them on, she's been using them like that so that's why I can't return them.

The whole UGG experience was terrible
