The shoes came with blue /faded marks all over the boots and they took so long to get here so I don't even want to send them back .. this is ridiculous

Like so many others have said, I cannot get my foot into the boot. This needs a serious redesign. I usually fit a size 6 in mens, and I sized up to a size 8 in women's. There is no way to get my foot into the boot without causing myself pain. I would not recommend.

I have a pair of mini classics that are 3 or 4 years old and decided to add another pair to my collection. My kids have them too. Ugg just added the classic mini's back along with a pair of Ansley slippers. I have been a customer since around 2006 with a full range of boots, shoes, sandals, and slippers that I have added over the years & the quality is no where near what it was just 3 or 4 years ago when it started going down hill. The wool on inside of the boot felt bare. There was no loft. The sole felt clunky and hard like there was no foam in the insole and zero arch support. They know the soles are horrible too because they are partnered now with a shoe restoration company that will resole the shoe. I have had my UGG ultimate short boots since 2010 and the soles and inside are still in great condition. The boot has excellent arch support and is designed to keep the bottom of your foot warm in cold weather. I've only needed to replace the insoles 1 time. Now, based on other long time customer reviews of the insole replacements, the quality of those are horrible too and haven't made it through an entire season. Their description of the insole replacements quality are comparable to what I found in the Ansley slipper & the Classic Short boot that I returned this season. The inside of the Ansley slipper isn't even 100% wool anymore so when you step into it you can feel that it sits on a sole with no foam support & just feels like cardboard when you stand in it. The lyocell breaks up the thickness of the wool. Their is no plush. Read the details of all the wool shoes now because many aren't 100% wool anymore & some aren't at all. Anything named sugar is made of sugarcane! Why would a company that originated to sell sheepskin wool lined shoes stop doing that and start worrying about playing to the concerns of customers who are looking for vegetarian products?

I would love to review but this has taken 2+ months to ship and still has not been delivered

The boots are expensive and they don't fit. I spent time calling customer service and got disconnected and the size that I need is out of stock.

If you have a high instep, do not purchase. Couldn't get my foot in the boot.

can't get my foot into the top of the boot let alone the entire boot. way too small. will be returning these

The foot size is Women's 9 but the part you need to put your foot down is so narrow that the foot cannot get down into the boot. Do not recommend

My boots had stains

I wear them whenever I feel like it. This shoe looks like they are overlapping

I purchased this boot in January and it has already gotten a hole to the front, which is very disappointing. I have had (and still do) Ugg boots for over eight+ years and not one of them have gotten a hole. The materials of this boot is very inferior in feel/touch and seem much thinner. Are we being given outlet quality products? I am outraged by this. When I invest in a product as Ugg I expect to get the same quality forever., because your prices have not changed. Or is there another reason your doing this.

I have three pairs of Classics That have gotten old. I bought replaces and couldn't get my foot in at all. So I bought the Classic Mini and the width is much too narrow. The Bailey pair I bought in black was perfect. Returning this one and getting the same color in the Bailey style.

After 2 months I haven't received my Ugg's yet!! This is ridiculous! I will never order from Ugg again!!!!

I bought my UGG i received it but it was too small. I Did the exchange from size 6 to size 7. Since then I never reviewed my product.

The boots were to narrow I was unable to wear the boots I returned them a week or so ago.

Ugg makes it very hard to return anything. CS is one person. I was on hold 30 minutes! They only want texts! Chat not manned. Some days the return dept is down, and nothing on the weekends. Ugg has stopped putting return labels in the orders. They won't send you a return label. Now you have to take it to the USPS with a code. I will never order from them again. The sizes are crazy. No half sizes. I couldn't even get my foot into the boot and it was the next largest size.

This boot is impossible to get on. It was purchased for my teen granddaughter. Her foot and leg are very narrow. Will not purchase again.

Idk if my boot has some kind of malfunction or what but my black pair I can not get my foot in pass the ankle part! My blue ones aren't like this and honesty trying to avoid the returning hassle

I have been purchasing uggs since 2006. Over the years there has been a gradual quality decline in their products and therefore their longevity. I have pairs from 2006 still in good condition and pairs bought in 2020 that have lasted less than a year. Quality is so poor on these I will be returning. You can see the backing on the fur it's so sparse.
