The fur lining in my boots wore off within a few months around the back heel. Tried getting in touch with Ugg and there was nothing they would do about it. Quality has gone down significantly since they got bought out.

Came with white powder on them

These do run small however I anticipated that and had to order a size up. But what I did not expect was how irritating the fur is on the inside. I have owned multiple pairs and have never experienced this. The fur has always been incredibly soft and even going without socks would still be comfortable. But this pair has caused extreme irritation around my exposed ankle. Immediately as I start walking the fur is chafing my ankles to a point of burning and redness. It is so uncomfortable that I was limping and could not wait to change out of them. I took a closer look at the fur and it is extremely rough even to touch compared to my other Uggs. I cannot wear them unless I have socks protecting my calf/ankle and even then, the fur feels stiff and unforgiving. I am severely disappointed.

Size is not good and uncomfortable to wear

Well, they fit comfortably, but unsure if these boots are red or orange. I luv everything red, but CANNOT understand why these are named cherry pie when they look more tomato. My teen told me they look bright orange-pink. :( Also, the two boots do not look the same in the toe area-left boot rounder and the right boot is more narrow. Interesting. Unable to load pics. :(

Wore these boots twice and on the third time putting them on and pulling on the back strap to get them up, they ripped. A 2 inch long rip all up the back. It's not on a seam so I can sew them to fix without it being completely noticeable. I expected higher quality when I spend that much on boots. They are warm and cute so I was really counting on getting more than 2 wears out of them. Very disappointed. Will not be buying Uggs again.

I couldn't even get the skinny cardboard thing out of the shoe these are so small at the opening. It was laughable trying to get my foot in and I have very normal size, skinny feet. Unsure how anyone gets these on unless you sized up at least 2 sizes. Returning!

I hav purchased countless Uggs over the years for myself and my daughters. I ordered a new pair for myself on 1/9/23 directly from Ugg. The bottom feels like you're walking on plastic and barely covered in sheepskin. The sizing is also different. I purchased the same exact pair in the same exact color 2 years. Ago. Extremely disappointed in the drop in quality and that UGH is ok with a sub par product. Awful.

These are all I wanted for Christmas and when I opened them I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! They looked used they were suppose to be black and the black looked worn off!! I wish I could upload pictures here!!! The quality is not the same my older chestnut ones same style are easier to put on and the quality is just better you can tell! But now these are more expensive than they used to be and no love put into them! I returned the only gift I got. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I can't believe for the price you pay for these the Quilty IS NOT THERE!!!! I returned them !!!!!AND DO YOU GET YOUR NORMAL SIZE OR SMALLER WHO KNOWS!! Putting ur foot in is very hard to do NOT LIKE THE ORIGINAL ONES AND MORE MONEY!!!!

I had high hopes when purchasing my annual winter staple, however this pales in comparison. The inner lining is already coming through the exterior after a few wears. I am now on the market for a new annual purchase, since I am so disappointed in my purchase.

Uggs ripped while trying them on

The poor quality and was fallen apart threads. I sent a request for the claim and nobody responded, I just did return.

The materials doesn't feel real

Bought these as a Christmas gift and let her open them early at Thanksgiving. They were too big so sent for exchange and the size we need is out of stock. Seems like they've been out of stock off and on this past year.

I bought a pair of the minis last year, these are not it. They have a huge gap in the front where the "fur" is to be. I bought the exact same size as last year and they feel like they are 2 sizes bigger. I am VERY disappointed especially because of the price.

I've been wearing Uggs since I was in middle school and these by far are the cheapest feeling Uggs- I thought they were fake.

The minute I tried on my new pair of UGGS I quickly noticed a big difference in quality on the boots. The boot itself feels so stiff and hard to put on. Less flexibility on the boot/ sole. The inside fur went flat within a week of wearing and they hurt my feet after walking in the for a few hours. I'm definitely disappointed in the quality of the product and yet we're paying more for these boots.

Very disappointed, I've ordered from you all a lot but this time. I am having to send back and exchange. The whole bottom of the heal inside boot is coming apart.

Uggs are definitely not what they used to be! The quality has went downhill drastically. I received my Uggs and they are very flimsy. The sole on these are a joke! It's like lightweight foam,no weight or sturdiness to them whatsoever. I would not recommend.

Soooo upset at the quality of these ugg boots, ran to my old Ugg's from 5 years ago and noticed immediately the quality of the boots have gone to trash! My shein boots are more sturdy and have a higher quality of boots than these mini ugg boots. I paid for them unfortunately I won't return them due to the hassle. Soo upset at how cheaply made the boots are. Save yourselves money and buy the dupes instead. Wish I would have done that before buying this.
