These boot are really hard to put on and I've exchanged them for different sizes 2 times now

The package was supposed to be sent to Alaska now I have to pay to send them to Alaska.

when buying the color Antilope it looks like more of a taupe as described but it is more like an army green and I was a little upset about it

lower quality compared to years past. Very disappointed

I purchased antilope because the color is absolutely beautiful to my surprise I received the completely different color is not a brown color it is more of an olive green.

These came a size too small. I have been trying to return them to exchange for over THREE weeks now but the return center is undergoing maintenance for who knows how much longer.

Product is so cheep I've had uggs before so I was expecting them to be like the ones I have but they aren't they are made differently and don't even look like uggs

I ordered the antipope thinking it would be a brown/rose color because that's what it looks like here online. It arrived in the mail and is a terrible green color.

I ordered antilope and it looks like a taupe tan..it definitely has a green hue. A friend commented on his green they looked.

bought a pair and they dented and completely ruined after putting one book on them, I assumed it was a issue with the specific shoe because my other Uggs never do that. I contacted them and they told me to buy a repair kit as I if I didnt? also buy a repair kit to fix their mistakes. sounds promising huh ?

The top of the boot where it hits your ankle digs right into my ankle and I have small feet. Had to return them. Size wise they felt true to size

Color does not look the same in person it looks more green

I ordered the color brown and they look more green then they do brown I thought maybe it was my fault or my eyes being weird but no they are the wrong color. I would really appreciate it if you got back to me and I could send them back and get the color I wanted. Thank you!

The shoe is more of a green color instead of a brown shade.

Really displeased when I opened the box of my new uggs, really dislike paying a hefty price for these boots and the color is off / incorrect and there's no disclosure on website. Or quality help from representatives

I received this email to review a recent purchase of " Classic Mini Boot ll Brown 9". I did recently purchase these boots but in color " Antilope". I have been purchasing UGG boots for many years and absolutely love them. I was surprised to received a size 8, that was not true to size. Looks and fits more like a size 6. Unfortunately had to return.

Since Ugg has decided to make their boots uncomfortably TIGHT & NARROW over the past few years Why not sell WIDE WIDTH BOOTS?? Koolaburra (Uggs middle class artificial cousin) sells Wide Widths and they're always sold out!!

I am trying to get help finding my order or getting my money back, something I cannot figure out how to do. This is not been a good experience, and I will not be purchasing anymore UGGs.

I was sent a defective pair of ugh mini's in sand. The soles were dark brown instead of the sand color as shown in the picture. Also, the ugg label and loop on the back of the shoe are off center. Ugg offered to exchange them but unfortunately they are sold out in my color/size. Why would a company with the reputation Ugg has not have quality control over their product. This shoe should NEVER have been sold for full price. A heavy discount would seem appropriate but Ugg basically offered me nothing!!

Awful quality

I have a chestnut colored pair from a couple years back and have taken care of them and it still feels great when I wear them and the inside is still plush and thick. I've been wanting another pair so I recently bought the black color and when I received them, I thought it was a joke that it passed whatever quality inspection that was completed. The quality is extremely poor compared to the pair I still have from a couple years back. The inside plush/fur lining is almost nonexistent and very thin and the exterior lining is very thin too. You can wiggle your toes and see the fabric move whereas with the older pair I have the fur lining is thick and you don't see much movement. It feels like I'm walking on cardboard. I thought I had just received a bad pair of boots so I returned them and eventually bought another pair wow am I equally disappointed. Everything that was wrong with the black uggs I ordered was the same issues with the blue ones. It's disappointing how the quality has gone down and how cheap it feels now. It's embarrassing. I will not be recommending them to anyone any longer.

The fur lining in my boots wore off within a few months around the back heel. Tried getting in touch with Ugg and there was nothing they would do about it. Quality has gone down significantly since they got bought out.
