I thought my boot was gonna be brown and it was a light green color

This boot is typical great ugg quality and coziness, but the color is SO OFF. Antilope looks brown in the photos but when it came in the mail it was green!

I ordered these after seeing a friend with them. They seemed brown ish and really pretty. I ordered the same Antilope color and they were super green. I have seen reviews say some looked that way. So I exchanged them for the same color. The new ones also look green.

The color is more of an olive green tone to an darker algal bloom. It looks nothing like the picture ( a nice brown). Pretty disappointed that uggs can't even use a good picture for such an expensive shoe. It is comfortable and true to size but I returned it cause the color is ugly.

Had to exchange the first pair because the fur inside felt rough like it was burned in an area. And the second pair there was very little fur in the heel. Feels like cardboard. It's very obvious the quality has gone downhill and the prices are still going up. This will be the last pair I buy.

Uggs came damaged in a wet box the boots were also wet. I would have loved to have received a non damaged boot. Other than that I love how bright they are.

Although they are very cute and comfy, I wore them when it was sprinkling outside and the water stained white this was after I sprayed them with UGG protection spray. I am very disappointed they look gray now and no longer black I don't know why the quality has changed this much!

I got these as a gift for Christmas gift from my family. I started wearing them when came back to college 2 weeks ago and have only worn them 4 times!! I just looked at them when cleaning my space and noticed that they are already damaged!!! Both the front toes and heels of the bottom of each boot show wear and tear. It looks like it's peeling off and eroding away. I am super careful with my uggs and have never seen this with any past pairs I have received over the years. I am very disappointed. The opening of these boots/slippers was so small I feared I would rip the pull tab on the back of the ankle just, trying get them on, and I have narrow feet. The wool on the inside around the ankles was like a gentle, scrub brush, and not like the soft fleece lining from my old UGGs. I also was trying to buy a product that wasn't made in China and these were. The size was right if I could've gotten my feet in them with more ease..

I always buy the same size and it fits snug . With this purchase I feel like I could have sized down .

I ordered these for Xmas received them in red and can't get In them all my other boots are short classic or Bailey bow I order my size 8 they fit perfectly I ordered the mini short I can get in the opening why is that I love my uggs but I have to take theses back I hate it a waste of time and money

I really loved these boots, but they ended up disappointing me. I am a size 7 in UGG boots and ordered this size. The boot itself fits great, but the hole to get your foot into is too tight. I needed to pull on the loop to put the shoes on. This ended up tearing on one of the boots and all the fur was coming out after a few months of wearing. I sized up in hopes of it helping my issue of getting my foot into the boot, but they are now too big. They need to make half sizes, make the opening larger, and use better material so that they do not rip. The quality is just not what it used to be.

I never write reviews (much less contact customer service) but this time I had to. I've purchased this boot many times over the years, usually one pair every two years or so, so I would consider myself a long time customer. This time, as soon as I took the boots out of the box, the quality was noticeably different. The fur on both the inside ankle portion of the boot as well as the foot bed is much less plush. The texture of the fur is different as well, feeling much thinner and less full overall. Unfortunately, the reduction in fur is so significant in my particular pair that the boot is actually uncomfortable to walk in and the foot bed feels hard underneath my heel. If you've ever worn a brand new pair of Uggs, you'd know the first time out of the box they usually feel like walking on a cloud! I contacted customer service and was told I could "send the pair in to have them evaluated under warranty" and that if they were deemed "defective" I would receive a refund? I just purchased them less than 30 days ago. They've never been worn outside. I'm very disappointed in the apparent change in boot quality and customer care. I definitely won't buy another pair from the Ugg website, I would prefer to take a look at them in store if I choose to try again.

Disappointed in quality and overpriced. Will be switching to a different brand.

I ordered Smoke Plume and when it arrived the color looked nothing like it did on the website. There are no hints of brown in it and it looks mostly grey-ish/green. Will be having to return

I bough the exact same pair of Uggs in the same color about 3 years ago, and they are my favorite and have held up so well. I decided to get my mom a pair, but when they arrived there was a noticeable difference in the quality of the boots. They are just not made the same way anymore - flimsy and not worth the price tag at this point. So sad

Extremely disappointed that these are a light grey instead of what was advertised. There is NO hint of brown at all!! Still comfortable, as always. Definitely returning.

Very difficult to clean. I can see all water drops of the boots. All snow stain hard to be removed. Stiches/sewing easy to broke.

I haven't bought a new pair of Ugg's for 6yrs. I've bought kookaburra bear paw and pre loved uggs. I live in a cold climate and knew my Ugg's had kept my feet warmer than anything else. So I bought a new pair for my birthday. Should have read the details because they are no longer made with sheepskin. The fur is not warm at all and no where as thick as it used to be. My feet were cold inside. I compared them to the bear paw and they are basically the same. So I ask with microfiber what am I paying for? I can't justify this price for the quality. Sad

I ordered the smoke plume thinking they'd be a cool brown color with a hint of grey. This was not the case. You may as well should just buy the grey uggs because they are 100% grey. Exchanging for Caribou, hopefully that color online will be similar to the color in person. So disappointed because I love the smoke plume color online.

I've owned countless pairs of Uggs in my lifetime and this was my first disappointment. I'm not sure what was up with the boots I received but they were not plush at all and the quality was just not at the level. I ended up returning them, big bummer!

I ordered the Smoked Plume and they were gray. Very disappointed. Exchanged for a different color. Uggs are super comfortable and I love them just disappointed that the color was not represented correctly. Smoked Plume is definitely a gray color.

Been a chestnut color girl for years. These were my first boots that i got a different color. Slate color; I was expecting what was shown online when purchasing but when in person they are definitely not the green shown online. They are more dark grey. Still cute but not what I thought I ordered.

Like the look but the fur is not the same as they sourced previously. It's kind of sparse and has a " slippery " feel on the feet . Not as warm or dense
