I recieved these boots from my husband last Christmas. I loved them so much that I wore only a few times before boxing them up until the next chilly season to keep them looking nice. I only wore a few times this fall before noticing that the pull tabs on the back of each boot was tearing through the shearling! Upset knowing that these boots have only been worn a handful of times, I call the UGG store they were purchased from to question an exchange. The employee I spoke with explained that if my issue was due to a defect it would need to be handled as a warrenty exchange through UGG.com *IF* my purchase was registered, or I had my recipient and the purchase was within a year UGG would issue a gift card for the current online purchase price of that product. Luckily my husband had a stash of receipts from his Christmas purchases still hidden in the basement. I sent the boots in via USPS ON 10/28, today 11/1 I recieved the gift card for the UGG.com purchase price and placed my order. My new boots will arrive between 11/6-11/12. I have to say as upset as I was that my boots wear tearing after minimal wear, I am so impressed with UGGs warrenty and customer service! Way to stand behind your product and look out for your customers! **Always register your purchases made at UGG stores (even outlets) or keep your receipts. A Customer For Life

These are my go to fall boots! The only downside is that they are hard to just slip on sometimes because they're short and the seam and they crease easily. But they are so cute and sooo comfortable! I wear them almost everyday. My college girl essential.

Everything is great the only issue I have is the creasing

Very cute and warm and cozy friendly! I got the light gray but I would recommend not wearing them in the snow too much because they'll get the salt residue on them...

the only issue is the stitching on my left boot, near the toes, is kind of iffy.

I would still recommend of course . Just be careful . I got caught outside while it was snowing and steeped in some snow that had salt in it and by Ugg's messed up. Only wore them a couple times which sucked but overall love them .

They are amazing and super light weight and comfy. They are a little hard to put on at first but they are totally worth buying!

I love these! I have bigger calves, so it can be difficult to find boots, so the mini is perfect! It was a little difficult to get me foot in the first couple of times I wore them, but it's a breeze now.

They are kinda difficult to put on. Love the color though.

Super comfy but I can't wear these in super cold weather. These are best for cooler weather with no icy wind. Great for slipping on super quick to run around.

Love these minis. Super comfy and great for rainy days, which we have alot of where I'm from. Only thing I dont like is bit of a struggle to put on. I cant just slide my foot in and I'm afraid over time they might rip.

This mini is much more comfortable than the classic height, I wear these everywhere- I just don't like the black color because it fades quickly, but the wearing lasts long.

They were so comfy can't wait for the cold weather to come back!!!

Ugg really needs to make their boots with a larger opening where the shaft meets the foot or offer different widths. When I buy my actual size it is impossible to get my foot all the way in it unless I have 20 minutes to make it work. So I have to always buy the mini styles that have some sort of opening on them & I'm an average width. I wanted these boots, bcz they're my favorite color, so I was willing to go 1 size up, bcz they have no opening, but they sold out of that size. I ended up buying them 2 sizes too big, but I can tell by the ease of getting them on that the 1 size up may have also been a struggle.

I turned UGGs crazy! I started to get into natural materials, I did some research that wool regulates heat & sweat with other good benefits as well, so I now own 3 different styles of UGGs, I won't stop either. I like to be comfortable in the shoes that I purchase, the UGGs classic mini ll covers that. I wear a 9.5 but I purchased a 9. My big toe touches the top of the boots but it's not bothersome because the suede is very soft and I have read that they stretch. I am sure that by going up a size it would be too loose. These boots are meant to be worn w/o socks so that you get the full feel of the wool. Some reviews say that it's hard to put the boot on, I disagree. You need to use the strap behind the boot to pull your feet in.

Use during the spring & summer when regular UGG's too warm. :-)

I would buy this 100 more times! Love the product!
