When I bought this product, all was good and then fuzzies were coming out from the inseam it looked like it was hemmed too tightly and the fuzz started to come through. And then a scratch appeared, and I'm not sure how it happened but it's not cleanable and the fabric was so thin it caused an unpleasant scratch.

I have had Uggs for years. This is my first time buying the mini; it will probably be my last. I like the classic short and always have! The mini is sort of difficult to get on and off, unlike the others that just slide on no problem. I should have just gotten the slippers....

I recently order the color smoke plume and please beware. The color is grey not the color that the UGG website showcased. I finally received my order and to my disappointment it's grey not the color that I see picture which is a more neutral brownish color. Other than that, love the quality but unfortunately had to return and exchange for another color. Hoping exchange will meet my expectations. I wear a true size 7.5 and I purchased these in a size 7.

I returned these to try a smaller size also. These slide on my heels when I walk. I normally wear a size 9.5 and I had ordered a size 10. I'm waiting for the 9s to arrive. Also the color is a dark gray and not quite what I was expecting

I like it, it feels nice and warm but looks extremely big and I am a size 7.5 but I got a 8, it does feel a little big which I might return for a smaller size to see.

These are actually like a light grey I'm not sure why the picture is misleading because it looks more khaki colored in the picture.

I bought an 8 for the Ugg classic before and they fit right but this feels too big

The items that I purchased are for my niece for her birthday, but I also have a few ugg boots of all sorts and styles.

I love UGGs and have worn them almost exclusively for many years, because nothing else really fits my ugly feet. That said, the new purchase is a bit lumpy in the footbed, unlike previous boots. I will still buy them, but might need to look into a somewhat larger size that can accommodate a supportive insole.

I've been purchasing Uggs for 10 years and ALWAYS purchase a size 7. This pair that i received is way too big and sloppy my heel comes out when I walk! I have this exact pair of Uggs in a different color and they fit perfectly fine and normal. I'm not sure if I just got a defective pair or what happened but I am disappointed. Not sure if I need to exchange for a 6 or if another pair of 7's will fit normally. Ugh!

I ordered a Chestnut Classic Mini II Boot, the same boot I thought I ordered two/three years ago. The boot fit fine, however, the color is not the same as it was some time ago. I really didn't care for the color change as it is not the true Chestnut color as I had ordered before. I much prefer my older pair and the color. Will not order these again - because of the obvious color change.

I have purchased several classic mini boots but the black boot felt different - too soft and thin, not enough cushioning inside. Not sure if it was a returned item that I received but was not satisfied.

Longtime wearer of uggs. Usually they last me somewhere around 8 years before wearing out. I bought the same size for myself in this color and they don't fit the same. I picked the same size as my classic short boots in black. I would think these would fit the same way just shorter which I only did because this color was only available in this boot height. The boot doesn't have as much rigidity and feels like I could potentially roll my ankle in them. They also feel like the shape is deforming quickly and I've had them for less than a week and one definiteky feels bigger than the other, more than just the natural foot size variable. My five year old classic shorts are in better condition. Super soft but definitely not worth the price tag anymore.

I love the comfy boot and they are cute. However, the black fades super fast even after cleaning it gently once. Also the lining has some bare spots.

The style is what I was looking for but....I wear a size 7 shoe and ordered a size 7 boot, but couldn't begin to get my foot into the extremely small opening. My daughter, who wears a size 6 shoe couldn't either. It appears that the foot bed is properly sized, but the opening is so small, that it takes much tugging to squeeze a size 6 shoe into the size 7 boot.

We are exchanging for another style as my daughter can't get these off if on easily.

Sadly, like so many products these days, Uggs quality seems reduced. They are a little less plush, a little less soft. I will keep them and I like them, but if you owned Ugss when they were first popular 5-10 years ago you will see they aren't quite as nice.

The length of the boots doesn't fit any pants.

This is the second pair of these boots that I've purchased and both have torn. I remember having Uggs for years back in the day, with no issues. My first pair of these tore within 1.5 years and this pair tore within a month. To say I am disappointed in the quality of this product would be an understatement. Hopefully they don't give me a hassle around an exchange/replacement and hopefully the new pair holds up.

I have had Ugg products for years. Quality and fit always great. I wear Uggs just about everyday. I have not had a return before. These boots made in China and had a poorer quality. Inner fur was not as robust ,especially on the foot bed. Getting them on was difficult. Size was correct, but the foot entering the boot was not right. Way too tight and hassle getting them on. Needless to say, had to return. I will pick another item.

The opening for your foot is too small. I'm sure the size would be right, but the opening was so small I couldn't get my foot in. I returned them.
